Welcome to Poipu's newest luxury resort-style villas! This is a VERY spacious (2750+ total square feet), top floor villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, with three private lanai's to sit on and enjoy your favorite tropical drink. This is one of the most demanded complexes's in all of Poipu due to its central air conditioning, luxurious amenities, and its prime location! From the lanai, you're only steps away from the greenbelt and under a 5 minute walk to Kauai's best beaches!

The Villas at Poipu Kai are only 11 years old and are the newest in Poipu Kai! You won't find a more comfortable place to stay!

The Villa's sit on the coveted greenbelt leaving just a few minute walk between you and the beach! Poipu Beach is Kauai's most desirable area and was recently rated the #1 beach in all of America. My unit is among one of the biggest condominiums you'll find in Poipu! The unit's size and the internal layout provide spacious comfort for as many as 10 adults (additional space for small children) but can also work well and is priced perfectly for smaller groups.

The floor plan is well laid out with everything on one floor. There are NO stairs inside the unit and three private master suites each with its own full private bathrooms. High speed wireless internet is available at no additional cost to stay connected, should you chose to. Additional sleeping for groups larger than 10 will be on the air mattress or pack n plays for the little ones.

Brand new linens, kitchen supplies, beach toys, artwork, and decorations. It's truly a fantastic place to stay!

Mike was a tremendous host, the best I have had to date. He is extremely responsive to questions/concerns before we arrived and was very attentive during our stay as well. Wonderful location for a family vacation

My family absolutely loved the Villa - it was the perfect rental for our extended family of 8. The location was amazing with quick access to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches using the greenbelt path. The large balcony was a great place to unwind during the day, and for family dinners in the evening. We appreciated having access to a hot tub. All in all, we cherished our time at the Villa and would love to return one day!

Great location and perfect for families

Great location near the beach. We were able to walk to the nearby beach which had options for both the young kids in our family and the older kids who wanted to boogie board. The beach/pool amenities were perfect. We also loved that the unit had supplies for our 1.5 yr old which made traveling so much easier. The in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer. The unit was clean and spacious, perfect for a family/large group! Host was also very responsive, checked in a few times and was prompt to address any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back again!

Wonderful Property

We spent 10 days in Kauai with a group of 11, including 2 3-yr olds and a 16 month old. The condo was perfect for our group and had everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beaches and walking distance to many local places to visit. I highly recommend this condo!

We had a group of 5 people, lots of room in the Villa. Kitchen had pots, pans, regular coffee maker, filters, utensils. Working washer and dryer and AC worked great. Will definitely book again!

Great vacation spot

Nice upscale property. Our condo was nicely decorated with plenty of space for the family or multiple couples. perfect place to use as a home base for your daily excursions to the rest of the island. The two smaller bedrooms with private baths were a little warm at night and HVAC controls were unable to be lowered.

Family Christmas on Kauai

We rented two properties from Surrey and Mike for our extended family of 18. The condos were beautiful,, and comfortable for all of us! Plenty of space for family meals, and so close to the beach!! The kids lived the snorkeling, and the boogie boarding!! The beach "supplies" in the garage were great. Thanks, Surrey and Mike!! Lots of good memories!

Awesome family experience!

My husband & I took our kids/grandkids for a 10 day family vacation & our experience was fantastic! The unit immediately felt welcoming, comfortable & clean. Lots of space for 9 of us…3 where small children. They loved daily pool & hot tub time! Great location minutes away from several beaches (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas included) & shopping. Kitchen is well stocked & lots of sitting space to visit. I would not hesitate to book again!

Perfection in Paradise

Beautiful condo. Immaculately clean. Room for our family to spread out. Walk to the beaches, the pools, the bars and restaurants. So much to do and explore on the island. Surrey, the property manager, was friendly and very helpful in all ways. Very responsive. Since check-in is not until 4, you can put your bags in the garage and hang at the pool or take a stroll to Poipu beaches, shops and restaurants.

Amazing!!!

This condo was absolutely perfect! We were amazed at how much more beautiful the area is in person. It is in a lovely community located near everything that we needed. The condo itself was super roomy and amazing to have 3 master suits! The elevator straight to the condo is super amazing with Costco trips, and wet kiddos. The pool was stunning and so so fun. All of the staff on the property were very friendly and helpful. If we ever needed anything the host responded very quick and we had everything we needed. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. There were a lot of life jackets and chairs, umbrellas , sand toys, cooler. So so amazing. Won’t stop raving about it and hope to return again and again!

Wonderful stay at Poipu!

Poipu Kai E300 made for a wonderful stay in Poipu. Property was as described and all 7 of us had plenty of room. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The location gave us easy access to the local beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We could not have been happier. The elevator to the entrance is a great plus ! No hauling luggage and groceries up a long stairway. After returning from the beach we also enjoyed the pool.

We were a family of 6 and this rental was perfect in every way! Walking distance to a couple of restaurant, walking distance to Brennekes and Poitou beaches, large unit with washer dryer for wet swimsuits! The beach equipment (umbrellas, boogie boards, wagon, and beach chairs) were perfect for the day at the beach! The added cooler gave us something to pack lunches and cold drinks in! Beds were super comfy! We had everything we needed! Thanks for a great place to lay our heads while enjoying the beauty of the island! We would highly recommend this rental!

A Blessing to our Family

We loved the condo. Very spacious for the ten of us, spacious rooms with private and elegant baths, inside and outside dining spaces were great. Patio areas open to the beautiful weather and scenery. It's location to the beach and cliffs was perfect without a lot of foot traffic. Very private. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. Was thankful for access to beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. in the storage unit. We loved the accommodations. Couldn't have wanted a lovelier place.

Family Getaway

First time in this unit (E300). Second time staying in a large unit inside these Poipu Villas complex. The size and cleanliness was much appreciated. The check-in process was as easy as receiving entry information a few days before, via text. Plenty of information was provided with QR code for the unit. I had only one reason to contact the property manager (Mike). He was very responsive. Considerations: the garage access was great, however, you share the garage with another unit. This was a bit unclear. We needed to track down rental gear that was removed from the garage from the other units’ tenants. I hope to vacation in Kauai again soon. I will certainly try to stay in unit E300.

We purchased the presidential suite because it is one of the nicest condo's on the island. It's big enough to invite friends and family over to stay with us. We wanted to be as close to the ocean as possible, and walking distance to our two favorite beaches. This unit offers amazing amenities and an unbeatable location.
