Modernized and comfortable stone village house. Well located in the village center, the house has 2 bedrooms, a huge bright living room with a stove and a large sofa (3rd bed), a large dining room and a terrace overlooking the river.
Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen.

Conditions:
The street name says it all - you will hear church bells; o) - When the bells ring, we hear them!
Must climb stairs - this is a two levels house. House on 2 floors.
A car is recommended for travel, and winter tires are in season.
You will need to get around, and winter tires are recommended in season.
No parking on property - You can park on the street by the house, or on the village free parking, 2mn walk away. Easy on the street, or municipal parking 0 €

Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years) - Not "child proof" for kids under 6. No special security arrangement for children under 6 years (holds, stairs, household products, mattress pad ...)
No smoking - please do not smoke
Not suitable for pets - we do not accept animals
No parties or events - we do not accept parties or events
Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM - entrance between 3pm and 8pm
Check out by 12PM (noon) - check out before noon

Sheets, slipcovers and bath towels are ON DEMAND only, for guests traveling by plane. the sheets are 140 for large beds, and it is better to think of a flat sheet for the sofa in the living room. The small beds are 90.
The house is reserved for non-smokers, and even though we love animals, their stay is not allowed in the house.
We have become owners of this lovely house in 2018, which is why there are still few comments on our page.
We have made many home improvements, including new windows and doors, and are open to suggestions to make your stay even more enjoyable!
NB: the dishwasher is not functional, which is why it is not listed in the equipment.

This is a non smoking house, and while we love pets, they are not allowed to stay with you.
We are the new owners for this lovely home since 2018, and we have made some improvements to the place, and its charm has gotten even better! News doors and windows in 2018.
NB: the dishwasher does not work, that is why it is not listed in the amenities.

The area is superb for all outdoor activities. Hiking trails are accessible from the house itself. Cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, climbing, horse riding, caving, canyoning, paragliding, tree climbing ... all activities are within your reach, less than 10 minutes by car!
