nice house with jacuzzi and small private garden in the city center of Colmar, combining modernity and comfort, ideal for a family or a group of friends come to change their surroundings in Alsace.
Close to all amenities, 5 minutes walk from the pharmacy, bakery, Auchan and shopping streets.
5 minutes walk from the Christmas markets,
8 min walk to Little Venice, the location is ideal as it is a quiet street near the historic center.
You will have a private garage and there is also plenty of free space in the street.

The house is on 2 floors and has 5 large rooms
-Each of the 4 bedrooms has king siz beds that can be separated on request.
1 bedroom is equipped with flat screen TV
The bedding is of hotel quality 4 stars.
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

-Spacious bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, bathtub / shower table and iron, hair dryer. The toilets are independent.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé ! Facile d'accès, spacieuse, bien équipée, en bon état et propre, un vrai bonheur. Et qu'est-ce que c'était commode, malgré nos contraintes horaires : nous aurions pu passer le weekend entier sans voir l'équipe locatrice ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie ! Pour les avoir croisées quand même, elles sont aussi très aimables et à l'écoute.

Cute spot, great location

This house is very spacious, and was able to accommodate 3 couples, and had an extra bedroom that could have accommodated one more! The location couldn't be better, as it is a short walk to Le Petite Venise and the heart of the city. The good: Great communication with the host, private parking spot, easy street parking, clean beds, fun yard area with bean bags and tables. Could improve: Check in and check out required meeting the host in person. While this adds a personal touch, it would perhaps be easier to have a coded lockbox as an option, like many other rentals. The house also lacks A/C (for now), which is typical for houses in the area. We visited during a historic heat wave, and still managed sleep. Would recommend!
