Come enjoy the the fun and diverse Atlanta area! This home is in a quiet neighborhood in the Lilburn community just 5 minutes from beautiful Stone Mountain Park, 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and it comfortably fits 16 people. The house has 3 bedrooms with 11 beds in those rooms altogether. In addition there are 2 queen air mattresses that easily fit in the common area on the main level of the home. The kitchen is fully stocked, the house has a large front yard, a large back yard, and a covered front and back porch perfect for cookouts. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery and retail stores are conveniently close. Come experience the perfect home away from home!

I am an Air Force veteran and I have been living in the Atlanta area for 11 years. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, gardening, working out, hiking, and a myriad of other things. I also love to travel. I've rented vacation/short term rentals on my own travel adventures that were very accommodating, and I aspire to be at least as accommodating and to my guests, while striving to exceed expectations.
Why they chose this property
One of the best things about this neighborhood is that it is about 15 minutes from Stone Mountain Park which is a beautiful state park that is great for family outings and a great place to get some exercise. For those coming into the area for events downtown Atlanta this neighborhood is a reasonable 35 minutes from the city in light traffic, 40 - 45 minutes away in moderate traffic, and 50 - 55 minutes away in heavy traffic.
Uber and public transportation are readily available in this neighborhood. You can take Uber exclusively, or for a cheaper option you can take Uber to the public transit stations and get around the city more economically.

This is a split level home that has a main level, upper level. The home sits on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. It has a big front yard with a covered front porch, and a big fenced back yard, along with a covered patio. There is one half bathroom on the main level and there are two full bathrooms on the upper level, one of which is in the master bedroom.
