Tout ok, problème caution

Bonjour, notre séjour s'est super bien passé et l'agence était très serviable à l'arrivée vu les délais à cause des embouteillages (rocher tombé sur la route). Par contre, nous avons dû quitter plus tôt en dernière minute car la copine d'un de nos amis avait un enterrement le samedi matin. Nous avons essayé alors de contacter quelqu'un pour la remise des clés mais sans succes. Nous avons alors nettoyé l'appartement et sommes partis en laissant les clés sur table (comme on avait fait à l'arrivée). 2 jours après, nous avons remarqué que la caution avait été déduite totalement du compte d'un de nos amis sans aucune communication... Nous aimerions que ceci soit résolu au plus vite pour que nous puissions récupérer la caution totale/ou partielle s'il y aurait des frais à payer mais alors nous aimerions quand même une liste détaillée des frais. Merci beaucoup!
