The outside of the property is in desperate need of some TLC but the apartment is Very Cozy! Home away from Home. It had everything you could think of. The WiFi was good, Kitchen well stocked, bathroom was clean, shower was nice, A/C was good. This is a perfect example of don't judge a book by it's cover. I would totally recommend this apart. Oh and the location was great for everything we wanted and needed to do. I love Walmart, it was 15 minute drive, bakery and pharmacy near by. Definitely would stay in this apartment again

Quiet area, well equiped apartment

Entry to apartment is easy, parking is convenient and in front of bldg. A downside for some is that the unit is on the 4th floor and no elevator, I didn't mind though. The unit itself was very clean and updated. I stayed there because it was very close to family I have in Caguas. Definately would rent again.

Great amenities near the rainforest

We stayed here for a night, after making our way around the island for a family vacation. It was a little bit further from the airport than we expected (about a 36min drive) but the drive was easy. The home is, like described, on the fourth floor of an apartment complex. The check in information was vague as to which unit we were staying at or which spot to park in, but there’s only two units per floor, so we figured it out. The owner expected a lot of guests in terms of cleaning up after the stay (and requiring garbage to be taken to the dumpsters, despite not informing us of where the dumpsters were). It was challenging with an early morning departure and being a family with 4 kids, but we did our best. The home had laundry (including soap!!), which was nice, and a full range of kitchen appliances and utensils, which isn’t a given from experience at our 3 previous rental homes on PR. The kitchen also had some basic spices as such and we left our excess since it was our last night on the island. It was a bit taxing to haul all of our luggage up the stairs, but due to the accuracy of the description, we knew to expect this. The only A/C unit was in one of the bedrooms, which left the other two hot, but we only stayed one night, so it was doable. Overall, it was a good home and it’s close by to activities in the rainforest, but beyond that, we didn’t have time to check out the area. Thanks for having us.

Great place to stay!!

The property manager was very helpful!! And the apartment was clean!! Only drawback was no dryer. But, other than that awesome place!

Immaculate modern apartment

The directions were perfect if used GoogleMaps (don’t use Apple Maps), 35 min to SJU w no traffic. The neighborhood looks nice and upscale, but then the apartment complex has some seriously dilapidated or vacant buildings-“humble” is a bit of an understatement. It was concerning since I was traveling alone with my 3 teenage girls and we left before sunrise for an early flight. This 6-unit building was secure with locked entry door, fully occupied and clean, the apartment was very modern and spacious. Once inside, it’s newly renovated, clean and full of many conveniences (WiFi, laundry, Netflix, porch). Host communicated quickly. Comfortable 1-night stay.

Why they chose this property

I bough it for fix and sell but felt in love with this property as soon I start the remodulation. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and lovely. The exterior of the buildings aren't in good shape, we are still dealing with the insurance after Maria, and some owner tried to do their best.

The ambience and the energy in this apartment is indescribable. Why I do short rentals? because I want to spend time in the apartment. Is my escape zone.

What makes this property unique

Being in the corner at top floor give privacy and fresh air. In the back of the building we have a beautiful view to Gurabo and San Lorenzo mountains, also the fresh air from the east of the island. You can enjoy the view from the kitchen, laundry and bedrooms.
