Nice studio 100 meters from the beach and outdoor terrace

In an exceptional place located on private land surrounded by nature. This superb air-conditioned studio with private access to the beach (100 meters) is the perfect place for a stay in peace and quiet.

Ideal for kayaking, boating, windsurfing, sea trips, scuba diving, fishing, etc. you may be lucky enough to come across the many dolphins that regularly come to Santa Manza bay (we rent two kayaks on site).

Close to the city center and its shops (10 minutes by car), the nearest grocery store 3km away, there are also many restaurants nearby in the bay of Santa Manza.

Close to the most beautiful beaches in the south of Corsica: Piantarella beach (15min), Sutta Rocca (12min), Tonnara (20min), Santa Julia and Palombagia (25minutes).

Linen is provided and there is a parking space.

We will be there to welcome you, it will be an opportunity to present the places and answer all your questions to make the most of your stay!

We speak Italian, spanish and english

Rentals are made only week by week (from Saturday to Saturday).

Le foto corrispondono alla realtà, tuttavia l'appartamento è molto spartano.Al nostro ingresso abbiamo trovato numerosi insetti e ragnatele, sebbene la pulizia generale fosse buona.Zona notte molto calda se non si mantiene acceso il condizionatore.Il frigorifero non riesce a congelare una bottiglia d'acqua.La chiusura della porta dall'interno si effettua utilizzando un'asse di legno, non è presente una serratura.Lati positivi: tranquillità della zona, vicinanza alla spiaggia, check-in autonomo molto semplice.2 stelle per rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Bonjour Luca, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes désolés que certains points n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant la porte, il s’agissait d’un dispositif temporaire et nous avons remplacé la serrure cette semaine. En effet, au mois d’août il fait très chaud, et il est préférable de laisser la climatisation allumée pour garder le studio agréable. Nous prenons également en compte vos remarques sur le réfrigérateur et le ménage afin d’améliorer encore l’appartement. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le quartier calme, la proximité de la plage. Encore merci pour vos observations, elles nous aident à progresser, et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir dans de meilleures conditions lors d’un prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce studio au calme et avec accès à la plage de Maora directement. Idéal pour un couple à la recherche de tranquillité tout en ayant la possibilité de visiter les alentours et de profiter pleinement d'une plage presque seuls. L'accueil fait par Anatole était parfait. Il nous a indiqué toutes les bonnes adresses. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Quel bonheur !

Très bon séjour à Maora : tranquillité des lieux autour de la location ,avec les senteurs du maquis en bonus ,quelques pas et la plage est tout de suite là ,studio bien équipé ,très bons contacts avec la famille propriétaire,une amarre pour le bateau ,voilà qui incite à revenir !!! Klein aber fein

Robinson-Hütte, tiny house, glamping ... das Inserat übertreibt nicht. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Personen über 180cm müssen sich im Küchenbereich, WC, Dusche etwas bücken. Relativ kleiner Kühlschrank mit winzigem Gefrierfach (beim Einkauf beachten). Schlafbereich mit 2 x 1.4 Matratze (man muss sich lieb haben). Bei schlechten Wetter wird es für 2 Personen im Innenbereich eng. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Schöne, von Anderen uneinsehbare, Terrasse mit Markise. Außenbereich-Dusche ist ein Schlauch mit Sprühkopf (aber sehr praktisch). Mit lebhaftem Tier-Besuch ist zu rechnen. Korsische, schwarze Wildschweine (kkeiner als deutsche), Schildkröten und verwilderte Hauskatzen (lassen sich nicht streicheln). Aber keine Angst! Mit größeren Fahrzeugen (Bus, SUV ...) ist die Anfahrt und der Parkplatz abenteuerlich und eng. Privater Strandzugang, vorbei an zwei anderen Ferienhäusern. Relativ grober Sand. Natürlich liegt je nach Wetter, Wind und Strömung mal mehr mal weniger biologischer "Abfall" und Plastikmüll dort rum. Es gibt zwei Bars am Strand. Wir empfehlen den Maora Beach Sailing Club. Wunderbar entspannte Leute, gutes Essen und Getränke zu einem annehmbaren Preis. Zum Einkaufen am besten nach Bonifacio, Utile. Dort auch sehr guter Bäcker und Metzger. Gastgeberin aufmerksam, nett, vor Ort und auch erreichbar.

Vacances parfaites. Lieu idyllique et hôte tres gentille et disponible. Tres calme, avec la visite inopinée de marcassins, tortues, ou chats (pas si sauvages) : nous avons adoré. Moments hors du temps où nous avons profité de la plage et de la nature du lieu. Merci beaucoup.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Objekt entspricht dem Angebot, wie im Internet veröffentlicht. Wir haben unser Unterkunft als ''Robinson-Hütte'' getauft, wer es ''urig'' mag ist hier gut aufgehoben, wir waren es. :-) ;-) Unmittelbare Nähe zur wunderschönen u. wild romantischen korsichen Natur inkl. der versprochenen Strandnähe ist garantiert. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen, das Wasser einzigartig, so wie wir uns diesen Urlaub im Süden Korsikas gewünscht haben.

Comfort et beaucoup de nature

Tout magnifique: emplacement, tranquillité, nature tout à côté... Maison propre et charmante pour une vacance à deux . Proprietaire trés gentil, super-disponoble (il nous a acheté un barbecue car on n'avait pas un avec nous) et aussi sympa. Sejour inoubliable, il faudra retourner!

Ein sehr idyllisches und abgelegenes Objekt mit eigenem Strandzugang. Wer einfach die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Appartement bietet alles was man braucht und einkaufen kann man auch in der Nähe oder essen gehen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Strand, da eben Naturbelassen liegt da ziemlich viel Zeugs herum. Das wäre ein Verbesserungswunsch. Sonst einfach top...

Studio très mignon, isolé (sans vis à vis), proche de la plage de Maora accessible à pied en 1 mn, et proche en voiture des belles plages du sud est. L’accueil est très sympathique, avec tous les conseils pratiques qu’il faut, donnés avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Pour résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
