Excellent location in the village. Very modern apartment and helpful hist.

We really loved our 5 days stay. Apartment is really good and with excellent location in the middle of a beautiful village. Communication went well although I don’t speak italian. Apartment is very modern and clean. Would highly recommend.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile

E' stato un soggiorno incantato. Non sarebbe potuto essere diversamente parlando di Castiglione D'Orcia, cittadina patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico, a due passi dalla suggestiva piazza del Vecchietta, dove vi abitò il celebre pittore e scultore senese. L'appartamento e' dotato di ogni comfort possibile. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più bello. Arredato con gusto, molto pulito con un'ampia cucina, oltre alla camera da letto l'appartamento è dotato anche di una stanza relax con un divano letto comodissimo. Il tutto con una vista mozzafiato che si affaccia sulla Rocca Medievale, che pare di toccarla allungando una mano, e sulla Val' D'Orcia. Strategica poi la posizione per visitare i posti più suggestivi della zona: le antiche terme romane di Bagno Vignoni (a soli due chilometri), le Terme di San Filippo, Montalcino e Pienza, per non parlare di Monticchiello, gioiello unico con il suo castello e mura medioevali . Noi ci torneremo sicuramente !!! Grazie

Dommage qu il n y ai pas de balcon ou terrasse. Bon accueil, fort aimable et serviable. Village sympa mais pas facile d acces, 5 km de montee.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut zum erholen.

Was leider fehlt ist ein kleiner Aussensitz, sonst hätte es 5 Sterne gegeben. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alles vorhanden. es fehlt eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen, neben den 3 kleinen Leinen vor der Tür. Die Übergabe war super, dank vor allem an Rudolf und Petronella, die uns liebenswürdig in Empfang genommen haben. Die beiden haben uns mit allen nötigen Informationen zur Wohnung zum Parken und zum Ort gegeben. Wir kommen trotz fehlenden Außensitz wieder.

soggiorno in totale tranquillità in una struttura bellissima

L'abitazione è bellissima, ristrutturata con stile e posizionata nel centro storico. E' dotata di tutti i confort, pulitissima e ottimamente gestita dal SIg Votino che è di una disponibilità unica. Disponibile ai nostri orari è stato anche una preziosa guida per scoprire l'incantevole Val d'Orcia. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Grazie Diego e Carmen

Immersi nella natura e nella tranquillità

Bellissimo fine settimana in un posto incantevole ricco di storia tradizione e buona cucina e in una struttura molto accogliente pulita e ben curata. Complimenti al Sig Votino per la disponibilità dimostrata e per l'accoglienza al nostro arrivo. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Struttura bellissima

Abbiamo trascorso un bel week-end in una struttura bellissima confortevole e a misura di vacanza. Essenziale e ben curata è il posto ideale per gli spostamenti in val d'Orcia. Grazie Roberto e Carmen.

Toskana hautnah

Urlaub einmal anders: wir haben 11 schöne Tage mitten in einem sehr schönen mittelalterlichen Städtchen unterhalb der Festungsruine Rocca di Tentennano, mitten zwischen den Einheimischen verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt im Altstadtbereich. Die Geräuschkulisse ist authentisch - nichts für Leute, welche die absolute Ruhe suchen (man lebt eben mit den Einheimischen Tür an Tür). Die Einrichtung war neuwertig aber trotzdem toskanisch. Die Wohnung war sauber. Küchenutensilien bestens vorhanden. Sehr fein war auch die Flasche Rotwein aus der Orcia-Region als Willkommensgruß. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter hat trotz großer Sprachbarrieren sehr gut geklappt. Insbesondere dank Melfi und Massimo von der Osteria Il Ritrovino, von denen wir die Schlüssel empfangen haben (die Osteria ist übrigens sehr zu empfehlen: sehr preiswert und leckeres toskanisches Essen) und Petronella (Wohnungsübergabe am Tag der Abreise). Die Einwohner sind überaus freundlich und offen. Im Ort selbst gibt es alles was notwendig ist (4 Gaststätten, Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Apotheke, Bankomaten...). Von Castiglione d`Orcia kann man die Toskana südlich von Siena sehr gut erkunden (Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza...). Nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra oder ans Meer ist es dann doch schon etwas weiter - aber alles machbar. Wichtig: die Wohnung hat keinen Garten, Balkon oder Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Dies hat uns nicht sehr gestört, da wir einfach unter die Leute gegangen sind. Außerdem befindet sich 100 m von der Wohnung eine Bank mit schönem Panoramablick. Der Pkw muss auch etwas abseits der Wohnung auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen abgestellt werden (verkehrsfreie Innenstadt) - war aber für uns auch nicht problematisch. Nur italienische Fernsehprogramme - wer schaut aber schon im Sommer in der Toskana Fernsehen. Der Kühlschrank war etwas laut (in der Nacht). Die Unterkunft ist ideal für 2 Personen (nicht behindertengerecht). Wir sind der Meinung, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut gepasst hat. Alles in allem war es für uns ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub - eben Toskana hautnah., Ralf und Andrea aus Hettstedt.

Vacanza culturale

Ottimo appartamento risponde perfettamente alle foto pulito confortevole e completo di tutto situato in un paese incantato tranquillo e strategico per visitare tutta la Val D'orcia ottima vacanza appena conclusa proprietario disponibile e cortese altrettanto la signora che riceve gli ospiti .

Uno splendido soggiorno

Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e molto accogliente con un rapporto qualità /prezzo ottimo.Collocato in un borgo caratteristico a due passi dalle terme di Bagni Vignone. Sono andato in moto e ho facilmente raggiunto tutti i luoghi più della Val D'Orcia!!!! Ci ritornerò! !!!!
