Quiet neighborhood, Boat Parking! Great Pet Friendly property, lots of parking! King bed.

Located off of Station St and Leslie Ln. Fenced Yard, Lots of parking. Dogs ok.

This family and dog friendly vacation retreat can sleep up to 9 in a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open floorplan. Fishing with friends? Plenty of parking for 4 autos and room to bring your small boat.

Centrally located, The Tree House is blocks from the beach, restaurants and fun. Rent a golf cart and leave your car behind! After a day in the sun relax on the large outdoor deck or unwind in the shade. Completely fenced yard, fully stocked kitchen, everything you need for a wonderful vacation! This house is located in the golf cart approved driving area. There is a laundry room downstairs with a toilet and a sink. This is also a great place to store your beach gear and fishing equipment.

When booking please let us know how many pets you are bringing so we may adjust your balance. The pet fee is $75 per dog, no max We accept all size dogs.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

This property is managed by Beachcomber Vacation Rentals.

Martinez Family vacation

We had a Great time, relaxed and enjoyed the home. Loved all the space, cleanliness and it had everything we needed. The only negative thing was the mosquitoes were really bad, I am sure it had to do with the green pond in back of the properly. We are already planning our trip for next year and hope to return to The Tree House.

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I stay in Port Aransas every summer and this is by far our best rental yet. Checking in was a breeze, Melissa at the property management office was fantastic. The property itself was great. Clean, updated, roomy. Beds were so comfy. The lower patio was awesome, especially the hammock and swings. Will definitely book again. Love this property ❤️

Family beach house

Enjoyed this beach house for a family weekend. Good sleeping arrangements, and especially loved the open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan. Well stocked kitchen. Yard was a huge plus, and a great place for dogs. We walked to the beach multiple times a day (use the pedestrian shortcut down Ethan’s Landing). I would definitely stay here again. Awesome value. Port Aransas is great.

Plenty of space

There was ample space for the family and our fur babies. We are always appreciative of rentals that permit fur babies. Nice quiet neighborhood with a large fenced yard. Make certain to bring toiletries, such as hand soap and such.

Nice property in a convenient location

The house had all the basic essentials we needed for our stay. The location is convenient, plenty of parking for the boat and trucks, and the back deck is very nice. Only issue we had was the listing/photos showed a futon in one bedroom with a queen and another bedroom with a queen and a twin but the twin had been removed. Luckily one of our guests brought a twin air mattress so it all worked out.

close to the beach, nice neighborhood, clean, lots of sleeping space. Only negative. Little dogs can get through the picket fence so couldn't use the yard really.

Perfect family house!

The Tree House was perfect for our family! Melissa was so easy to work with! The house was very clean and well equipped! The beach access roads closed our second day there. We were able to find parking in a lot near the beach. Bring a wagon(s) for your beach stuff and be prepared to walk to the beach! We were so thankful for the beach umbrellas provided at the the house because our tent broke the first day! We would definitely stay at the Tree House again!

Needs Help!

The house was not clean. The kitchen stove and everything in the kitchen was dirty. Dishes had to be washed before they could be used. There was a lot of dirt under the couch. There are several soft spots in the floor that need to be addressed as well as nails coming up from the boards on the deck (definite safety issue if you have small children). There were several lights that did not work as well. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and downtown. The owners would benefit from hiring a decent cleaning service and doing some basic maintenance.

Wonderful Stay

We made a short trip to Port A for the weekend and couldn't have had a better stay. The Tree House is in a great location, check-in was super easy, and the house itself is spacious and clean. Highly recommend!
