Great Location But...

Unfortunately, the reviews about cleanliness are true. The location is great, and the condo is comfortable and cozy, but we will avoid renting again because of the cleaning issues.

The real estate photographer deserves an award

This unit is sufficient. No huge issues. But don’t rent it expecting it to look like the pictures. The photos are amazing. The real thing is dated, not very well kept and just generally run down. The location is great. Very easy access to the slopes. But nothing about this unit is in great shape.

Perfect location but filthy interior!

Zero communication before my stay unless I called multiple times, arrived filthy, soiled bedding and towels in upstairs bath and bedroom, dog urine on first floor, crumbs and sticky stuff all over kitchen counter and dining room table when we arrived, washing machine broken, area rugs in bathroom and kitchen were disgusting. No extra towels available and no way to wash them. The beds were springs! The only good part was the location on the slope. People, if you want a filthy place that is very dated with dog urine everywhere but the location is wonderful, this is your place. I could not wait to get out of there!!

Bee Branch 09 was PERFECT for our beginner ski family!

The direct access to Easy Street slope was the best! The equipment rental, ski lift ticket purchase, ski lessons and ski lift couldn't be more convenient. Our family of 5, three kids ages 18, 15 & 12 were very comfortable in the condo. We will be back!
