Our newly constructed home with mountain views is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 15 minutes from Liberty University, University of Lynchburg and many wedding venues. We are new to VRBO, but have been hosting guests in this home for over two years with over 40 five star reviews from guests of all types.

We built our home with entertaining guests in mind. It is an open concept layout so family and guests can comfortably interact . The deck spans the entire width of the house (65') and includes a covered dining area with gas grill and Adirondack chairs with plenty of room for sunset viewing over the mountains or games like ladder ball and corn hole. Relax in the evening while watching the wildlife like deer and groundhogs (occasionally bears) graze in the field or enjoy time with friends and family while preparing a gourmet meal in our fully equipped kitchen.

Guest access:

Guests will have access to the great room filled with lots of natural light via our 20' wall of windows, three large bedrooms including a master suite with luxury bathroom (tub, walk in shower, double vanity, makeup seating), a large living space, a loft area with two comfortable sofa beds and air mattress, a luxury kitchen, large deck with grill and comfortable seating, games, multiple large screen TVs, and the dining room.

Guests will not have access to the terrace level which is a completely separate apartment with separate entrance that we stay in occasionally when all of our homes are rented. The garage and office are also off limits.

Our property also spans two acres on a small stream and is perfect for strolling in the evenings.

Master suite: Main level with walk out to deck and a massive on suite bathroom that includes double vanities, walk in tile shower with rain shower and seat, over sized jetted tub, mountain views and separate toilet room.

Great Room: DirecTV/Satellite, XboxOne, two couches, two chairs, gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Island with seating, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Gas Range, Kitchen Aid mixer, dish ware, silver ware and plenty of cooking equipment.
