Great house fire medium sized group

This house fit our needs nicely as we brought a group of 13 to stay here for a national competition at Thomas road Baptist church. It was close to many stores and easily accessible. The host reached out multiple times to be sure everything was going well for our stay. Overall it was a great house

Beautiful Home

We recently stayed here for a wedding and the house exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do the house justice. It is very warm and inviting. As well, the homeowners were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home for a weekend stay

This was my group's 2nd stay at this property. It is very nice and has everything we needed for a weekend visit to Lynchburg. Will stay here again when we come back.

During the Pandemic, we were fortunate enough to discover the wonderful city of Lynchburg. As New Yorkers, we hit the road and stayed for a year, falling in love with the area so much that we decided to invest in real estate. Here's the story that appeared in the New York Times.

Why they chose this property

Incredibly charming home constructed in 1935 complete with original woodwork and period details. The house contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which have been recently renovated. High ceilings and a wide galley kitchen are among the characteristics of this home. 2200 completed square feet. The second level has a large laundry area. Off-street parking is plentiful, and the property's backyard is completely enclosed.
