Over all we enjoyed our stay. We liked the distance to the beach and the pool. A few drawbacks were the glass tables. We had 4 children with us and the tables were not very stable. Our host also provided the incorrect parking space numbers and pool code. Both were able to be remedied. Also, the parking lot was very tight due to the size of the vehicles.

Thanks for renting. Not sure how I gave you the incorrect parking space since I cut and paste the SAME email for the past 15 years with the same parking space numbers. The parking area was repaved, relined, & curbs installed & NOBODY before it was done or after has ever complained about space. As for the glass tables, I really don't have a response. Thanks again

My family and I had the best trip to Ocean City this weekend!!! We were over the moon with this condo and couldn't have been any happier with our stay! The place was very very nice.. felt luxurious to us! Super clean, was nice and large with plenty of room for the 8 of us! The showers we A-mazing with great water pressure and the ability to adjust the temps to our likings. The beds were comfy and the sheets and towels were clean and smelled heavenly, so were the couches, and nice large tvs that we enjoyed for our movie nights after long days on the beach which was only steps away! The view on the balcony was fabulous.. could see the beach and even saw a rainbow on the beach the one evening!! Constantine was very helpful and accommodating! There was plenty of extra supplies for us to use and extras for us to enjoy like movies, games, books, beach chairs, etc. Plus toiletries if we needed and kitchenwares!!! I was so tickled with this beautiful place and we couldn't be any happier that we chose to book our stay at this comfy condo! Thankyou so much for the wonderful experience and making our stay enjoyable and memorable! We would love to stay again another summer!!

The location can't be beat. It's just steps away from the beach. Well appointed as far as amenities. The main beds were very comfortable, but the pull out sofa was not very comfortable. The bed linens are starting to show some wear, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed, such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, extra blankets, and towels. Plenty of space in kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Lots of closet space and drawers to store clothes. Pool was clean and property was quiet. Family friendly building.

Owner was responsive throughout, from booking until checkout. We had a few questions/issues that he promptly answered/addressed. Place was as described, including many extras like coffee maker, big ice machine, coffee/creamer, in addition to expected glasses/plates/pots.Furniture was functional and comfy. Balcony great view with table/chairs. Plenty of parking and good location.

Positive experience

From the making of the reservation to vacating the property, we were well treated and our expectations were met or exceeded. Being on the ocean was enjoyable and convenient. Visiting in the early Fall allowed us to avoid the summer congestion.

Great Location with plenty of room

Great 2 bedrrom 2 bath right at the beach access. In the middle of everything! Could have been a little cleaner for my taste, but wasnt overly dirty. Only downfall is limited hot water in the showers.

Loved closeness to beach and partial week renting. Loved having my pet. Condo was spacious .

Needs blinds in living room and blinds fixed in master BR. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because we felt we could make it the best on the beach. Ocean front buildings are the most desirable and 1352 sq/ft is hard to find in a 2 bedroom that sleeps 10. Our family wanted to use it but it has been so popular we have not been able to use it ourselves but 4 nights in the past year. We also own #393106

What makes this property unique

50 ft to the beach, lots of space, won't feel crowded, lots of light, everything quality and new, this is not your typical beach place. PLEASE READ THE GUEST COMMENTS.
