THE SPACE: Convenient! NO STAIRS OR ELEVATOR! Enjoy this first-floor condo where parking is available right out your front door. The condo comfortably sleeps 7 with room for everyone. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a smart TV, to enjoy. The guest bedroom has twin beds with one single pull-out trundle, a TV and access to the full size, guest hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The comfortable living room has a full-size sofa sleeper, and a smart TV. Love to cook? You will feel right at home cooking your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We provide a K-cup and regular coffee maker. Relax, unwind and spend your evenings on the covered patio. A coin operated laundry is located just steps away from your front door. Feel content knowing you are only a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and cable. No need to worry about keys with our keyless entry.

THE PROPERTY: The grounds are extensive so plan to spend time exploring. The resort has six outdoor pools, hot tubs and bath houses with restrooms. Get excited because this condo is located in the same building as the laundry and THE NEST which has an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and steam room. The Nest is only accessible by an access key card which is provided in the condo. Other amenities include tennis and basketball courts, horse-shoe pits, shuffleboard and putting green. Stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. Relax and spend your day exploring the beach, collecting shells or building sandcastles. In season chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. Convenient outdoor showers are provided to wash the sand away. Unwind in a nice swing or get fired up and grill for the family on the provided outdoor grills. Ice is available onsite to keep your beach drinks cool and vending for snacks. Excellent food selections await you at the onsite Sassy Bass Island Grill which services breakfast, lunch and dinner.

THE AREA: Adventurers, you are only 20 minutes from Gulf Shores for restaurants, shopping, a water park, mini golf, go kart track, zoo and beautiful public beaches. In Foley, explore Tanger Outlet Mall or head over to OWA Amusement Park and catch a thrill on any of the exciting rides. You are 15 minutes to historic Fort Morgan at the mouth of Mobile Bay. Fort Morgan has beaches, picnic grounds and a gift shop to explore. Book a deep sea fishing tour at Fort Morgan Marina. For golf enthusiast, the Kiva Dunes Golf Club and Kiva Dunes Restaurant are right next door. Located on the grounds, is Sassy Bass restaurant which is unique and reasonably priced. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food and drinks are delicious, and the view is amazing! Just a 5-minute drive away in Fort Morgan is Tacky Jack's Restaurant. Located nearby is The Beach Club restaurant. Family-style dining, pizza and a small selection of grocery items are available at The Pines which is about a half mile away.

Great for families

We really enjoyed the property overall. The beach was almost empty, which was wonderful. Not as touristy as Gulf Shores. My only complaint is the condo wasn't quite as clean as I am used to. Lots of trash left under beds and could have used better vacuuming. The dishwasher doesn't work well at all so I had to hand wash all the dishes.

Wonderful stay, excellent food and will be booking again soon.

The condo had everything we needed. Even items they mentioned to pack they had ready for us. We were treated with fresh flowers on the table, nice added touch. Plenty of room for our family of 4. It was really nice to have 2 bathrooms. The beach is within walking distance a short walk across the parking lot. The Sassy Bass restaurant food was amazing and affordable. The Rouses grocery store was nearby and had normal prices on food and alcohol. Very pleased and will stay again

Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived we were welcomed by a very clean condo with fresh flowers on the counter. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and had everything we needed for our stay, including the ice maker in the fridge. We were really excited to find a beach tent and beach cart with chairs for us to use during our stay. Being on the first floor made it easily accessible to the barbecue grills. This was our fourth time staying at the plantation and this was our favorite condo so far for our family of four. We would highly recommend!

Great location, great condo, great beach!!!

We absolutely loved the condo. Travelled with our two kids and couldn't have been more pleased with the location, the condo, and the beach. Condo was very cute, clean, and well equipped. Just a short walk through the parking lot to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful white sand and very clean. It was nice having a shower and hose station after coming off the beach. Nice pools and even a Kona Ice sno-cone stand by the pool each day which the kids loved. Also liked the on-site security. You can't go wrong with this unit.
