Come make family memories in this beautiful new build, 3bd/2br cottage beach house. Just minutes away from the beach, 2-minute drive with golf cart/personal vehicle or a manageable walk, community is golf cart friendly, you can rent locally. This unit is easily accessible and easy to find.
This space offers a 3 bd space fully furnished and with clean linens, comforter and pillows ready for you to come stay and enjoy a comfortable vacation. 2 bathrooms stocked up with towels and complementary toiletries included. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots/pans blender, and coffee maker (complementary coffee and creamer) as well as a washer and dryer (complementary soap for those sandy memories). Cozy Living area with TV and games for the family as well as a patio area for some quiet evenings.
The Rookery offers a variety of amenities that our guests are welcome to enjoy such as two community pools located within walking distance and easily accessible.
Fort Morgan is a peaceful oasis located 15 miles away from Gulf Shores and Foley, Al. Both locations offer a wide variety of family friendly activities that the entire family will enjoy.

Dustin And Maria dreamed of owning a second home that would allow others to make sandy memories in the beautiful Gulf area. We finally closed on a new build property in secluded Fort Morgan peninsula of Gulf Shores. We are excited to host your next vacation and enable your family to make lasting memories.
Why they chose this property
This is a brand new construction (Completed in December 2022). It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage nestled in the Rookery III community. It is 3 minutes from the beach, and the property has all comforts of home and the amenities expected from a hotel.
What makes this property unique
Our custom bunkbed loft is a big attraction for the kids. This is the perfect property for a large family.
