About this property

Gorgeous home minutes from SFO, all San Francisco destinations, biotech hubs & Silicon Valley. The vaulted ceilings, open space, designer marble bathrooms, back yard & new USA made luxury furniture make it comfortable for large groups. Whether traveling for business or leisure, with 5 separate bedrooms and 3 marble bathrooms, and top of the line beds & sofas, you'll have a memorable stay. We also cater to small-medium offsites with conferencing capabilities.

The space

The house's common area, living room, family room, kitchen and nook are all connected to create a giant open space, with a grand vaulted ceilings. The house has recently been renovated, and has a back yard with lawn with plenty of private space to get some fresh air. It's quite close to the ocean you get a nice refreshing cool breeze each day.

All 5 bedrooms are accessible from a single level totaling 2000 sf (~200 m2) living space, and have brand new top-of-the-line beds and bedding which are heavenly. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy the comforts of home.

The 3 designer bathrooms offer spa-like luxury with italian and turkish marbles. Each bathroom is designed with comfort in mind, satisfying the needs of all age groups (combo ceiling shower head rainfall, shower handle, shower head, tub spout).

Regarding the beds in the common areas, the 2 ottomans in the 2 living areas are actually sleeper ottomans equivalent to twin size beds. These are very comfortable memory foam sleepers and will guarantee excellent sleep.

There's also a lot of parking space. There's a 2 car garage and a deep driveway that fits 4 cars 2x2.

We also have gigabit fiber internet (i.e. latest technology super fast internet).

Guest access

You have access to the entire house.

Step free access is in the back of the house; there are 3 separate step free entries to accommodate wheelchairs.

Other things to note

We strive to give every guest what they need to have a fantastic experience. We setup the smart locks so you can feel comfortable coming and going any time, but are always easy to reach and can help whenever needed.

Great property for a gathering

Our family and extended family needed a place close by our elderly relatives to have a family gathering. We had not seen them since before covid as they are 93 and 80 and cannot travel far. Although the property is only 2000 sq feet, the central living space and 5 small bedrooms was more than enough. 12 of us stayed at the property and the rest came over during the day for a nice holiday party. The kitchen is small, but the great room was absolutely fantastic with lots of good seating and plenty of room for all of us to spend the day talking and hanging out. Although it was pricey it was well worth it to have a space that fit our needs.

Woodsy House

This was a Art retreat for a few artist. Living area has full view of private backyard with beautify trees all over. Was such a creative space.

the property was nice although it could use some cleaning of the spiders and webs in the sky lights

It was O.K , but the other 1 bedrooms in the added patio side , had no heat. The patio side dinning table was cold and had no drapes , so people could just see in the house. The ceiling fan over the dinning table had no switch to turn it off the fan , It was squeeking
