FULL BUILDING BEACH HOUSE :

We have enjoyed hundreds of visitors from over 39 countries over the last 10 years and we take pride in welcoming each guest to the Beach House. This is the largest Bay Area beach house directly on the Pacific Ocean. Anything larger would be considered a Hotel or Motel in San Francisco. We use Hotel professional cleaning crews including, disinfecting every new guest's check-in. We are a short 13 minutes from SFO airport and 7 minutes from San Francisco where you can enjoy City Life,
Near by offers: fishing, whale watching, hiking, biking, surfing, and a Golf course minutes away Grocery stores restaurants, sightseeing. Sharp park cliffs and trails are a short 5 minute walk from our location.
We have Two huge decks with two firepits front of pacifica ocean. The first floor deck around 800SF ( it not including house sq footage ). The second story decks are approx 400 sq feet with firepit. Two small private decks also have amazing views of the ocean.

This world-class location can host up to 27 people sleeping on real beds . Fast internet and reserved covered parking for up to eight vehicles on site.

The last of the remaining Licensed and Registered as a short-term rentals in the Coastal Zone . Hosted in the City of Pacifica for several years in AAA good standing. Note * There are limitations on parking and noise in our small coastal community and we work hard to balance a guests experience and respect our wonderful beach community in Pacifica .

Overall a great stay. The view was amazing from the patio decks. Plenty of room to accommodate large groups. The house was nice, bedrooms were clean and everything was great. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. I was in charge of preparing lunch and dinner for about 18 people and we had more than plenty of things to use for cooking. The host was easy to communicate with. Just a great experience. Worth every penny. Would love to come back

This was the perfect retreat for our micro-wedding celebration. The location is perfect; steps from Pacifica pier and sharp park beach. Our guests were able to walk the beach and find plenty of lunch and coffee options nearby. Lance was a great communicator and was able to help me with a few special requests (a larger table, and some supplies). He even went above and beyond when we had a maintenance issue during our stay. He even left us some champagne and a card of congratulations for our nuptials. This space is perfect for intergenerational parties; half of the Vrbo is on the first floor and accessible for folks with mobility issues. And can we talk about the kitchens? Fully equipped and then some! Both kitchens had plenty of dishes and equipment to cook for our group. We've created memories to last a lifetime and this location was the perfect backdrop. If you're thinking of booking this location, this is your sign to DO IT!

The house has a ton of beds and plenty of room for a large group. The host set up a large table upstairs so that all 20 of us could sit together. He even had a pack n play set up when we told him we would need one. He was very accommodating! There are plenty of dishes, towels, cookware and 3 refeigerators to cook meals here easily. There were TV's in almost every room. There was plenty of restaurants and little shops within walking distance. The area is very cute and we enjoyed gorgeous views of the ocean without having to step outside the house. The place was cleaned well. One thing that could be improved is the flooring and rugs could be updated. As it's a beach house, things tend to get "old" quicker from the salt air. So there were signs of wear and tear that could be updated especially for the cost of the rental. We expected it to be a little more "fancy". Overall, I would recommend this place!!

Great place for our offsite

Held an offsite for my 9 person start-up. This property has 10 rooms so everyone had a private room. Kitchens were well stocked. And the location was amazing. Fantastic views, easy to walk to food. 5 star. Will stay here again.

Perfect Setting

Excellent venue for a conference with friends. Far enough away to tap out for the weekend. But close enough so you don't have to drive for hours. Beautiful view great facilities.
