Nicely decorated and updated 1 BR 1.5 bath condo with direct access to the beach! No lobby's, elevators or stairs to navigate!! Walk right from the balcony to the dune & beach!! Gated assigned parking. Two queen beds, plus queen sleeper. Granite counters, full size washer & dryer. Lots of food choices across Coastal Highway: Food Lion, Billy's Subs, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, Starbucks, WaWa; walk to crabcake factory, green turtle, Gold Coast Mall, Dumsers, McDonalds, Candy Kitchen and more! Mini-split a/c so no noisy wall units. Xfinity cable & wi-fi included. The access to the beach is one of the best features of this unit! TV's in the living area and bedroom. We are directly north of the Carousel Hotel so you can enjoy their patio bar, restaurant, ice rink and beach movies! Sorry, no pool :(

Nice Beach Get Away

We enjoyed our stay. it was a great location with a view of the ocean and short walk to get onto the beach (as the dunes are right in front). Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance we barely drove during our trip!

Family Vacay

If you are looking for a place - stay here! The condo is steps to the beach. There is a market, restaurants, ice cream, candy stores anything you need if within walking distance! The condo is better than any other place we have stayed. It's so clean, so cute, there are no steps, there's an ice maker, a washer and dryer and a porch - there's everything for a fantastic vacation!!!

Beach at our doorstep

This is a well run property. Check in was simple. Cleaning compony left a little to be desired. Sand on the beds, spaghetti sauce or something on the wall, fridge full of foods. Open the back door and easy walk to the beach. The place was a little small for me, tight spaces, but a good value.

Great little condo with a great location!

Great little Condo, right on the beach, first floor balcony with a gate that lets you walk down a little grassy path to the beach. Having the little extra bathroom in the condo is really nice. Allows for people to use the restroom, when someone is showering in the full bathroom. Great when you have kids. Overall the condo was great, our experience was great. Door code and gate code make it super easy to get into the property and into the Condo, without having to go pickup or drop off keys.

OCMD

Great place to stay with your family. Location close to many attractions and food. Right at the beach and convenient. There was work being completed by the property manager and the owner was not kept up to date with that. Heavy equipment outside and beeping for around 3 days straight, so there was no relaxing those days inside unfortunately. The owner was amazing though and did her best to make it right given the information she had. I definitely would recommend this location. This would be a great place for senior citizens too. Parking was also extremely convenient, along with check-in.

Spectacular location, could be cleaner

The location truly is the best it could be -- we could stay on the beach for hours and just run back to the condo to grab supplies. There was no party noise at night, and the beach outside is wide. The beds are very comfy, and they've had central AC installed which is stellar. Becky, the owner, is very kind and responsive. Unfortunately during our time there the condo wasn't very clean. It had clearly been vacuumed and surfaces wiped down, but besides that we encountered hair in the shower, candy/kid's watch & toys/coins on the floor from a previous tenant, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and fridge, etc. The condo also doesn't provide things like dish soap, trash bags, or paper towels, which made it difficult to clean again as soon as we got there. We had a spectacular time in the condo, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to someone who is very fastidious about cleanliness.

Hi Ruth, thank you for your review! I'm glad you found the condo and the location appealing - I'm very sorry that the cleanliness of the condo did not meet your expectations. I will certainly pass this on to the cleaning company; the sooner I'm aware of it, the better. We do try to keep cleaning solutions available under the sinks, but it can be difficult to keep other items such as trash bags, paper towels etc. on hand; I don't want to assure someone these items are available only to find out they have been previously removed. Again, we'll try to do better in the future!!

Great place right in the beach

The hosts were very responsive to questions and check-in. The condo had everything we needed. The deck is great to sit and relax. Access to the beach is effortless.

The place was in an amazing location and when getting in contact with the host Becky - it was easy and she was extremely kind. Becky was extremely helpful getting checked in. A great week at the beach

This was the perfect condo for us. We loved the first floor unit with the ability to step out onto the beach. The patio also gave us an easy place to secure bicycles and beach gear. The location is great too at almost equal distance between Ocean City and Bethany, and walking distance to stores for groceries and other vacation supplies.
