A lovely house full of charm just a few meters from the canal du Nivernais, close to the river Yonne and many tourist sites like the castle of Faulin, Vezelay, the rocks of the Saussois, the vineyards of Auxerrois, Chablis, guédelon, and well other sites to discover. Barbecue and plancha available, coffee maker, senseo, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine. Tea towels, sheets, towels etc ... all shops nearby in the neighboring villages ... 3 hospitals nearby (Avallon, Clamecy, Auxetre).

Ein kleines Paradies...

...das traumhaft schön direkt am Canal du Nivernais liegt. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde von den Eigentümern selbst liebevoll renoviert, restauriert und modernisiert. Wie groß die Leistung der Eigentümer ist, erfasst man erst, wenn man sich das im Haus befindliche Fotobuch ansieht. So sind Haus und Garten sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Esstisch, einer gemütlichen Couch und bequemen Sesseln lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit einer Regendusche einfach wunderbar. Auch im Garten wurde an alles gedacht. Tische und Stühle zum Frühstücken und ein runder Tisch unter dem Haselnussbaum für ein gemütliches Abendessen. Selbstverständlich gibt es einen Grill und ein Barbecue. Auch Sonnenliegen findet man. So lassen sich die Ferientage mit dem Blick auf die vorbeifahrenden Boote, wunderbaren Radtouren und kulturellen Aktivitäten herrlich entspannt und ruhig verbringen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Myriam und Jean-Louis!

La maison au bord du canal

La location est très très propre et les équipements sont neufs ,au calme il n y a que les chants d oiseaux et parfois un bateau, balades faciles aux alentours,les paysages bucoliques,l eau et le village appelle au repos .

Au calme

Retiré dans un petit village entre bois et campagne, la maison reste à 5 minutes en voiture des commerces essentiels. La maison est bien tenue, parfaitement équipée et dispose d'un joli jardin. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Pour les pêcheurs, le canal est devant la maison et l'Yonne à 5 minutes à pied. Pour les amateurs, l'église sonne l'Angélus !
