2 year, complete gut remodel just finished June 2019. Single family home, walking distance to Beach Access, located in center of town near the Putt-Putt, Jolly Roger Pier, & Bush's Marina. Come stay at one of the most family friendly beaches of North Carolina.

Perfect Beach Vacation

House was spotless and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy. Location was perfect, very close to the beach and easy walk to Topsail shops. Debbie answered all our questions right away and was very helpful. Our favorite beach house so far. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for families!

We were a party of 6. Four adults and 2 kids. The layout of the house was awesome and the distance to the beach access was very short. You could also walk to a few stores (including a new ice cream place). Overall we would all love to stay in this house again.

Best Rental

Clean, close to beach access, shopping and restaurants. Owner prompt and very responsive to requests. Cost was reasonable. This is the place to rent on Topsail Island!

Wonderful house with super location

My family really enjoyed our stay in this house for a second year. Everything was supplied and ready for our arrival. I only wish there was a fourth bedroom as our family has outgrown 3 bedrooms.

Great for young families!

Super clean! Short walk to beach access so great for young kids. Well stocked with spices and beach gear. Would definitely book again!

We have worked hard, nothing was given to us. We have saved for a long time to finally purchase this house. What you do not see, this house was in such dis-repair, from rotting sub-flooring to holes in the ceiling. What was not rotten, was just broken. As the Realtor stated, "it has good bones." We have been heavily involved in every step of this remodel, even having to learn construction codes. It has been a long two years.
My husband is in HVAC and I am a Field Engineer for GE Power Generation Services. In my travels I have always looked for a place to stay that gave me a home away from home feel. We hope you will find our place will have the same feel.
