De week aan zee was niet ontspannend tgv de vuiligheid die van de zetel afkomstig was, de vieze gordijnen en de ramen die allemaal volledig opengaan (zonder afscherming aan de buitenkant) waardoor dit een gevaar voor de kinderen was. Ik bezorgde holidaysuite de belangrijkste foto s van de schade. Ik kan u er ook een deel bezorgen, om dit verhaal te staven. Het appartement bevindt zich immers duidelijk niet in de staat waarin het gepromoot wordt. De zetel in de living is in zeer slechte staat. Het namaakleer bladdert er erg van af en het gebruik van de zetel vereist een doek erin te leggen om te voorkomen dat je allerlei plukken stof aan je kleding hebt plakken. Ondanks een beddenhoes in de zetel te leggen, komen er nog tal van stofplukken los die per keer men in de zetel gezeten heeft, opgeruimd moeten worden. Iedere dag minstens 5 keer gestofzuigd aangezien ons jongste zoontje kruipt en al die vieze plukken in zijn mond steekt... De gordijnen vertonen vuile plekken waarin een viezigheid hangt, hetgeen doet denken aan grote honden die half verteerd voedsel erin achter gelaten hebben en de gordijnen met hun tanden hebben verscheurd.... De voordeur moet opengemaakt worden met een alternatief slot omdat het eigenlijke deurslot niet meer werkt. Hierdoor houdt de deur enkel dicht mits deze op slot gedaan wordt. De intercom werkt totaal niet. En de microgolfoven werkt enkel mits een duw tegen de deur te geven... Gekeken naar het feit dat het een appartement betreft zonder vaatwasser, zonder wasmachine, zonder receptie en met zeer beperkte kastruimte, zouden de mankementen zeker en vast niet mogen voorkomen in een appartement met dergelijk hoge huurprijs per nacht.
