We offer this charming vacation home located in a quiet location outside the city center, but within walking distance to the beach. Upon entering, you first enter the living room, which is equipped with a cozy stove and a dining table. Adjacent you will find a spacious open kitchen. The entire house has wooden accents, which immediately creates a warm and homey atmosphere. The house has three bedrooms: two on the first floor and a third in the attic. With these three bedrooms it is possible for six people to stay in this vacation home. A crib is also available. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Outside there is an adjacent garden. In short, Ideal for a relaxing vacation in the company of friends or family. Wifi: yes - parking: yes - sheets: to bring your own - towels: to bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. Firstly the washing machine was not working and no attempt was made to repair it. This had a very negative impact on our stay, as well as costing us money. We had to use the launderette several times and buy new towels etc as we had packed with the expectation of a washing machine. Secondly, the property itself is in need of general maintenance, there is a number missing from the front door, the radiator in the shower room is very rusted, the pots and pans looked very dirty. Lastly, the description of the house on Vrbo stated there were bikes at the property- there are no bikes.

We had such a relaxing stay at this cozy holiday home, The atmosphere was super homey with all the wooden accents, I really liked that there was a nice living room with a stove, perfect for evenings in, We didn’t need to worry about anything, just brought our own sheets and towels, which was no biggie, The garden was a nice bonus too, perfect for enjoying coffee in the mornings, Overall, a great value for what we paid! The pictures of the property were not accurate. The property is in need of some tlc and garden maintenance. While the property itself was reasonably clean, the appliances and pots in cupboards were not.We chose a property with a washing machine and had packed accordingly. When we arrived to check in we were told the washing machine was broken, no mention of trying to fix it.

Soviel Dreck wie in dieser Unterkunft haben wir seit 40 Jahren in Ferienhäusern nicht vorgefunden. Es gab zwar das Angebot, dies alle zu bereinigen, aber wer will denn schon in seinem Kurzurlaub eine Putzkolonne im Haus? Bei den extremen Reinigungskosten (130€) sollte das schon vorher behoben sein. Es gab eine weitere Liste an Mängeln (z.B. mehrere lose sitzende Steckdosen, Schränke, die man nicht öffnen konnte, ...), wo sich Belvilla nicht verantwortlich gezeigt hat. Wir hatten darüber hinaus keine Lust, auch noch fewo-direkt einzuschalten während unseres Kurzurlaubes. Deswegen: Keine Weiterempfehlung für Bellvilla, keine Weiterempfehlung für fewo-direkt und keine Weiterempfehlung für den Vermieter. Ich bin einmal gespannt, ob unser Kommentar veröffentlicht wird oder evtl. gelöscht wird. Schlechter als sehr schlecht geht nicht, in diesem Fall aber sehr wohl. Michael Radermacher

Comfort ver te zoeken en ook niet gevonden; eetkamerstoelen te laag tenzij je van plan bent je eten al zittend naar binnen te schuiven; buitenzijde van huisje in slechte staat van onderhoud; geen folders; oude niet terzake doende handleidingen; slechte matrassen; iha weinig ruimte; auto kan niet tot bij het huisje komen. Kortom: nooit meer!

Das Haus ist zwar schön aber dennoch recht verwinkelt und eng. Wir waren zu 4 dort und fänden es für 6 Personen zu klein. Zudem ist es schon ziemlich angewohnt. Die Heizung im Badezimmer ist total verrostet und der Lack blättert komplett ab. Der Boden wurde vor Anreise nicht gewischt und auch so war alles ziemlich dreckig leider. Die Tischdecke hatte mehrere Brandlöcher. Für 2 Tage war es jetzt in Ordnung, finde aber bei dem Preis kann man mehr erwarten.
