Wonderful villa with private pool, surrounded by an over 2000 m² large garden. Optimal exposure to the sun and magnificent view on Mount Legnone.
It is located in a quiet area, from which you can comfortably reach the main services of the town (bakery, minimarket, bar, tobacconist’s and pizzeria at only 5 minutes distance) either on foot or by bike.
It is next to the beach in Piona Bay (15 min. walking distance) where you can relax and sunbath (kiosk, playground, beach volley areavailable on the beach), and only 1 km away from the centre.
The house has a surface area of 220 m² spread out on two levels:
Ground floor:
A very bright wide living area with a 7 m glass window facing the garden and the pool; a separate kitchen and dining room from which you can access to the porch with stone columns, it’s an ideal area for breakfasts; a romantic double room and a nice bathroom provided with a very large shower.
First floor:
3 romantic bedrooms with exposed timber beams; 2 of the bed rooms have doube beds and 1 is a large single room provided with a pull-out bed to turn it into a double bed; all the bedrooms look out to covered balconies. Bathroom with bath and shower.
Fine furniture and care for every detail make the residence charming and unique.

I have been going to Colico since I was a teenager and as soon as I could, I built a wonderful house there, which I decided to share with my guests.
I love the lake in Colico, the surrounding mountains and the woods.
Colico is a splendid reality for me, where I spend my daily life happily, enjoying the lively colours that nature offers in each season.
Colico has a lot of beaches, a touristic harbour and a wharf from which boats and hydrofoils leave to the main villages on the whole Lake Como.
Colico is also a cultural location, where tourists are attracted by the “Forte Militare di Fuentes”, the Abbey in Piona, and the Nature Reserve in “Pian di Spagna”.
I love the lake in Colico, the surrounding mountains and the woods.

What makes this property unique
I made VILLA LA CORTE out of passion, taking care of every detail. It is like a small corner of Paradise for me. I love admiring the garden, the olive tree, the willow, the palms trees, Mount Legnone and the wonderful pool reflecting sunlight from the large glass window in the living room. I adore having breakfast outdoor under the porch, relaxing in the pool reading a book, and concluding the day with friends eating delicious BBQ dishes on the edge of the pool.
