The house is located 30 minutes from the ocean beaches and the tip of Cap Ferret or 5 minutes by bike from Betey beach in Andernos (near cycle path) and 10 minutes from the pier.

It is a house surrounded by trees and therefore shade.
It is very bright and at the same time it is fresh as it runs through.
Air conditioning, WIFI, barbecue: ideal for a peaceful holiday!

Nice house with a small garden allowing children to play and also a park in joint ownership.
You will have the essentials for your vacation: washing machine, dishwasher, electric coffee maker (and also Dolce Gusto), microwave oven, everything you need to start (hand soap, dish soap, a packet of coffee for beginners, lozenges for the dishwasher, tablets for the washing machine, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper ...).
The bedding has a draw sheet.
