Comfortable, peaceful house 700 m from the beach, port and town centre. Sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably. The ground floor comprises a living room with dining table, sofa bed and television. The fully fitted kitchen is independent and opens onto a private 30 m² terrace with a dining table, parasol, barbecue and 2 deckchairs, plus a separate WC. Upstairs, a hallway leads to 2 large bedrooms with double beds (140cm) + storage cupboards, and a bathroom (basin / wc / bath).

The oyster port with its many seafood restaurants is 700 m away, as is the Bassin beach. You can cycle to the town centre on the cycle path, which is 20 m from the house.
All water sports and other activities are available during the summer.
