Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien reçus par la propriĂ©taire. L’appartement Ă©tait propre.Il y a beaucoup de marche pour se rendre Ă  l’appartement ce qui n’est pas Ă©vident quand tu as des valises.

Logement tel que dĂ©crit et prĂ©sentĂ© belle vue sur la Loire. L'escalier (plus de 50 marches) pourrait reprĂ©senter un enjeux pour certaines personnes, et devrait ĂȘtre mentionnĂ©e. Le stationnement est contingentĂ©, mais accessible tout de mĂȘme... Si on accepte de marcher un peu. Une deuxiĂšme clef aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e. PrĂšs des services et du chĂąteau, beau sĂ©jour. DifficultĂ© de communication due Ă  des problĂšmes chez VRBO.

C'est un petit appartement trÚs lumineux, fonctionnel et trÚs bien situé (face à la Loire et proche du centre) . Il n'y a pas de volets . Heureusement que la canicule était passée car le soleil entre l'aprÚs-midi. Par contre, pour y accéder, il faut monter les 53 marches d'un vieil escalier . C'est fatigant pour certaines personnes comme nous. Malgré ces défauts, je recommande cet appartement.

ArrivĂ©e un peu loupĂ©e, souci de communication tĂ©lĂ©phonique. L"appartement est grand, trĂšs clair,dĂ©corĂ© avec soin. 2 points negatifs, le 1er, on y accĂšde par un escalier en bois trĂšs ancien qui comporte 5 paliers soit 53 marches. Le 2 Ăšme pas de rideau aux fenĂȘtres pour protĂ©ger de la chaleur, les rideaux de la chambre sont trĂšs beaux mais inefficaces pour filtrer la lumiere du jour (reveil par le soleil entre 6h et 6h30) .literie de bonne qualitĂ©. Plaque vitro montĂ©e Ă  l'envers ce qui n'est pas pratique et un peu dangereux (risque de brulure) et les prises de courant Ă  revoir. Panorama magnifique, immeuble calme .

SĂ©jour de 3 nuits dans un trĂšs joli appartement trĂšs bien agencĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t.Accueil trĂšs sympathique lors de notre arrivĂ©e et bonnes adresses pour repas et marchĂ©s.TrĂšs belle vue sur la Loire et proche de nombreux villages Ă  visiter.Saumur est une ville trĂšs agrĂ©able.Petit nota : il faudrait prĂ©ciser que l'escalier d'accĂšs Ă  l'appartement est trĂšs pentu .... difficile suivant l'Ăąge du locataire. Mais franchement ça vaut le coĂ»t de grimper et d'ĂȘtre au calme.Merci pour cette prestation

Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!

Short break.

The apartment is in an old building but is furnished simply but stylish and has everything needed for a short stay. The view is stunning across the river and the parking is free.David our host gave us good information and excellent restaurant recommendations.
