This comfy 2 bedroom/2-bathroom second floor condo is comfortably furnished and has a well-stocked kitchen to suit any chef's needs. Private WIFI network and washer and dryer for your convenience. Come stay Seahorse #207 and make the most out of your time on the beach without having to empty your wallet!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

Property is rundown, living room couch and loveseat very uncomfortable, skimpy on amenities like toilet paper trash bags laundry soap etc. residents dogs disruptive barking. We had rented another unit at this property four years ago and it was far superior to this unit. Next time we visit padre island we won’t be staying at this venue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my 2 month stay tremendously. It was easy access to the beach and on the 2nd floor I had a view of the ocean. I took quite a few sunrise pictures without leaving the condo. The courtyard was awesome and kept very clean everyday. The winter Texans and residents were very nice and welcomed me into their little community. I can't wait to get back there next winter.

The location I loved best so far and the pool area just beautiful and very well taken care of! The maintenance gentleman that takes care of the grounds was just awesome and so helpful! He really does a beautiful job at keeping up the place. and was a great help with a small stuck drawer problem in the condo.
