When you arrive you will be greeted by the raw beauty of nature. You will experience a gentle spaciousness that asks very little of your physical energy. This is an intentional design, for many of us live in a space of constant stimuli, being bombarded by external influences that overwhelm us and make us struggle to focus in on discovering and creating our true purpose. The RHM Center is a humble place, the only real adornments being drawn from the land which existed before we came here. There is room for all the parts of yourself to be examined in calm contemplation through the still quietness we hope you find here.

The facility is extended to you by a rural development charity called TGG Foundation through its Cultural Exchange Program, Therefore it is essential for you to enroll as a Responsible Human Mission member and pay an annual membership fee of Rs.365. (Administrative Fee)

It is not a tourist place. It is a center that creates an opportunity to find time for yourself and help you practice minimalist life to understand its impact on this planet. Cooking is done by all inmates as one single family. Food items that are not cultivated within the center need to be purchased and the kitchen utensils are provided by the TGG Foundation. It is a vegetarian paradise, however, eggs are permitted in the diet. We follow the practice of "food for survival".

NOTE: Smoking and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Code of ethics to be practiced during your stay.

A TYPICAL DAY LIFE AT THE RHM CENTER:
6:00 -6.30 : Enjoy the sunrise and experience the fresh early rays to enhance Vitamin D level, Drink 500ml. water preserved from the previous night in a copper vessel, Do simple yoga and mild stretch exercises,
7:00 - 8:00 : Spend some time at the garden to enhance energy level
8.30 -9.30 ( Prepare Breakfast & Consume)
9:30- 12:30 : Time to help TGG Foundation in their daily activity
12:30- 13:30 : (Prepare Lunch & Consume)
13:30 to 16:00: Spend time for yourself
16:00 to 16:30 Tea time
16:30 to 17:30 Prepare and maintain the vegetable garden and fruits for survival
17:30 to 18:30 (Prepare supper & consume)
18:30 to 19:30 nature walk & meditation
19:30 onward, however, you wish to spend your time (Generally we advise chitchat for at least half an hour every evening for healthy communication)
Before going to bed: Golden milk or one spoon Virgin Coconut Oil
Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy and wise!

WEEKEND OPTION
A day visit to TGG FARM (6 kms from RHM Center),
Arrive at 9AM : Have breakfast.
10 Am to 11 AM: Farm tour
11 AM to 11:30 Am: Relax and have a green tea
11:30 AM to 12:30PM : Rejuvenation therapy
1:30 PM : Traditional Vegetarian Lunch
1:30 PM to 2:30PM take rest
2:30PM to 3:30 PM Understand sustainable living practice and photography
4PM tea and light snacks & Plant a tree.
4:30 Departure.
