Fair property in excellent location with good management
This review comes from someone who is an owner of many short term vacation rental properties.
Pros:
We have stayed here or in one of these units many times due to the location. One of the few true ski in/out.
The management (Ben) of East/West was great and understood the problems and addressed what he could
Cons:
The unit itself is becoming dated. Its a 3 bedroom and sleeps at least 8, yet only about 3 people can get a shower in before you run out of hot water. Door knob/locks were ALMOST impossible to open upon arrival. The entry light is non functioning and the fixture cap on the ground nearby. Its a corner unit in a nook down icy stairs....light very much needed.
Ice melting materiel in the bucket by the front door empty.
In summary, we love these units but feel the owners are neglecting to put any money into the upkeep and modernization of them. Ben saved the day.
