Honua Kai Ground Floor # Luana 1B - 3 bed / 3 bath villa - front side location

This is ground floor unit Luana 1B at Honua Kai.

This is unit is ground floor with added easy in/out from the lanai (keyed). No need to walk through the hotel hallways / corridors, or use an elevator to a higher floor location. Our unit also features its own dedicated ventilation and AC system and air is NOT circulated/shared with other units and common places.

Luana 1B is located in the Luana Enclave of Honua Kai Resort and Spa. This is a brand new 2047 square foot (plus Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR (3) bedroom (3) bathroom Villa. This unit is part of Enclave 1 of the Luana Garden Villas, and is one of the closest Villas to the 3 main large pools at Honua Kai (Hokulani, family w/ slide and Konea pools). Being a ground floor unit, it offers quick and easy in and out and the grassy area is basically your backyard.

The Luana Garden Villas are the newest units at Honua kai Resort & Spa, built in 2019/2020. Each unit includes a large lanai with a private BBQ, and a private garage. Each Luana Encave boasts its own pool and hot tub and and has full access to all Honua Kai amenities.

This wonderful home overlooks the green grassy area between the two towers. This Villa is equipped with a lanai sun shade for added privacy (when needed). The unit also has the closet package with built-in closets in the bedrooms for your use. Also, I have left the owners closet open to guests as an additional pantry space.

As for the sleeping arrangements and other amenities, Luana 1B has a King Bed in all 3 bedrooms, and a Queen sofa sleeper in living. The guest bedroom has a splittable King that can be changed upon request to 2 twin beds. All bedrooms and the living area have their own flat screen TV’s with cable. The TV’s have installed a Roku device so you can stream your favorite shows using your Netflix or any other supported streaming provider you have. Fiber 300 MB / Wireless AC Internet is also included free of charge.

Included are many owner supplied extras such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, two pack n play, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.

Honua Kai is a newer property in lower density north beach Ka'anapali! Resort amenities and luxury living at its Maui best. Close to shopping, dinning and golf. Enjoy the sun and sand at one of West Maui's most popular beach parks, Kahekili Beach (Airport Beach) or walk the beach further to the South and see the famous Black Rock on Ka'anapali, or walk / jog the 3+ mile boardwalk along the ocean in front of the hotels. Swimming and Snorkeling. Walk to whalers village, etc. Or head the opposite direction (North) to visit Honokowai Beach Park (great for the little ones), the farmers market, and local organic food store.

Great property perfectly situated for a young family

Fantastic unit located in perfect proximity to the pools and the beach - perfect for a large family. We ended up with some intermittent bad weather and loved being able to have the space to lounge, cook and relax. The owner and property manager were very responsive too. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the modern laid back decor in this beautiful Luana and the two master suites and third bed/bath worked perfectly for our family. The location was very convenient to the beach and also a great home base for day trips. So nice to have a beautiful kitchen and lanai for cooking and eating. We also appreciated the beach and snorkel gear. The on-site manager was very responsive.

Impeccably beautiful home. All one level, so spacious, bright and well appointed. Easy walk to pools and beach. Washer/dryer much appreciated. Large lanai, room for all. Beach chairs etc made time at the beach easy. (We opted not to have property manager stop by to show us a few things. Would recommend you have him visit when you arrive (to demonstrate things like TV, cooktop…) Such an easy welcome vacation.

Outstanding property and perfect location. Clearly when these units were built it was of high quality and it has been maintained as such. Very clean and nicely furnished. Can hardly wait to return

This condo is at a great location, within the resort. It's quiet, yet close to everything. The floor plan was well thought out, and to top it off...the decor was beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped. We spent most of our time, when at the condo, out on the lanai. Spacious, good BBQ, nice size beverage refrigerator, table to eat at, lounging furniture, outdoor ceiling fan, retractible sun shade A bonus was the outdoor storage area...where beach items (theirs and ours) was kept. It kept the lanai from getting cluttered, and kept sand out of the condo.

Maui first timers

We traveled with another family who recommended this resort and has stayed a few times. We followed their lead and were so impressed with the island, the location and the comfort of the villas. The location was amazing especially with teens. The villa was perfect.. the property manager had a bag of ice waiting for our use since the ice maker wasn’t working. The villa has plenty of space to accommodate plenty for entertaining and relaxing. We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably… the owner is very helpful and takes great pride in his rentals. We hope to return very soon and would rent this property again.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing!

We had such a great time at this condo! My mom and older son and daughter-in-law (and 6 yr old grandson) had all been to Maui but this was the first time for my husband and I, and our three youngest teenage kids. We loved Maui, and loved this place! A couple highlights of this condo... - Walking distance to the beach to enjoy incredible sunsets whenever we had the opportunity to get there in time! AND we saw whales many times right from the beach! So exciting! - Close to both swimming pools. And one was hardly ever crowded. Plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and the towels in the vending machine was so convenient! - The Lanai is very relaxing and spacious. - The master bedrooms are so comfortable, and private enough to have your own space when you need it. - The bathrooms were so beautiful...very spacious showers and loved the separate room for the toilet. - I loved the dining table. So comfortable and spacious to have meals or game time! And the most beautiful light above the table! It was nice to be very close to a grocery store, Times Supermarket (10 min walk, 3 min drive). Also there is a Safeway about 12 min away, driving. When we did beach swimming during the day, it was better to go a little further down to your left. There was a little more beach area, and the water was slightly more calm. (I don't really like waves, even small ones 😏). Overall, it was a great experience! Brandon (and Monty, our direct contact during our stay) communicated well with us and answered any questions promptly. We look forward to staying in one of Brandon's condos again! 😊

I grew up and we currently live in Seattle, WA. My wife grew up in the Czech Republic. We have 3 children. A handsome 12 year old boy, a beautiful 10 year old girl, and our youngest boy is now 8 years old. Our favorite getaway spot is Maui and Honua Kai.

Why they chose this property

We love Maui and after staying at Honua Kai Resort for the first time in 2009, we fell in love with this place. It was perfect for us. We have always struggled to find a nice condo with all the amenities we were looking for. Honua Kai Resort was the answer for us and that was what initially brought me to purchase my first condo at Honua Kai. Since then I have purchased 6 more ground floor units including my newest addition, a Luana Garden Villa unit 1B. In my opinion ground floor units are the most convenient and the absolute best. They have quick and easy access to the outside, the pool, and everything else. We just love this place.
