We had an amazing stay!! It was perfectly located and had everything we needed! Everything was so clean and well stocked! Thank you so much for hosting us!
We had a great stay at Stowe Mountain Resort and highly recommend it. The village at the base is welcoming with a nice variety of dining options—everything from casual to upscale was tasty and satisfying. The free gondola ride from the village to the mountain was a convenient and scenic perk, making it easy to access the main gondola in October. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony offering pleasant views of the pool and mountain. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
I found renting through this site was easy, the parking fees were included and no extra resort fee. Stowe Mountain Lodge is a beautiful place to stay - we had lots of fun!
We had an amazing stay at Stowe at this perfect spot for our family of 4. The place is a good size, bigger than a typical hotel room. It's tight for 4 of course but definitely workable. The Spruce side trails are right outside your door and the ski valet option is really useful to keep boards and skis. We enjoyed having restaurants and amenities right below us rather than having to leave the mountain. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Spacious bathroom with tub and shower. All the kitchen amenities we needed including Keurig coffee maker. Sofa bed was pretty squeaky and mattress rather thin though so be warned- was fine for kids though noisy. Main bed was super comfortable so us parents were pleased. :-) Bedding also very comfortable and everything was clean, modern, and in great shape. Wifi also was strong! Can't wait to come back!
Excellent accomodations - hit all the boxes: comfy bed, smart TV, great shower, good storage for a longer stay, kitchenette. Then over and above with a great coffee, cream and sugar! Beautiful location N of Stowe and easy to get to restaurants nearby with a car. Valet parking (included) was easy and efficient. Definitely would stay here again.
We had such an amazing week here. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff throughout the lodge. Clean, well stocked room with everything you need and a pretty view. Good communication and easy check in/out. We’ll be back next year! Thank you!
The room was comfortable and clean. The fireplace was especially nice after a long day of skiing. During our stay we were greeted by David Hall the Director of Catering and Conference Services. He was more than gracious and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.
Between the room, the property and the location not much could be changed to make it better. The staff and communication was great, the room was better then expected, and the location was the perfect jumping point for excursions to breweries, food, and hiking. We will absolutely book again.
The property needs to upkeep what it has instead of worrying about building more. Also desperately needs more dining options

If you’re going to Stowe, I highly recommend staying at Spruce Peak. This lodge feels more like a resort than a typical hotel. For dining, there are two restaurants, a small convenience store with snacks and essentials, and a breakfast cafe. You will also find several gift shops and winter outfitters. Rooms are spacious. The entire property feels very warm and rustic. There is also a small gondola that brings you directly to the big gondola so you don’t have to drive across the street. This is super handy if you enjoy skiing. I really just can’t say enough good things about this place. A
