Refurbished apartment in the center of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes away from downtown Lisbon and the international airport by car or public transportation.

On the 4th floor, with lift access, the apartment has a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, fully furnished and a well-equipped brand new kitchenette and a modern bathroom. It Also has a lovely balcony with plenty of natural light ideal for breakfast. Towels and linens are provided.
It is equipped with air-conditioner, TV and Internet.

At your doorstep you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and the market place. The Bus Stop to Lisbon or to one of the biggest shopping centers in the area is reachable on a two-minute walk.

You can rent a bicycle or go surfing, windsurfing, golfing, bird watching, and much more, all in the surrounding area.

Costa da Caparica is Considered for many as the national capital of surfing, kite surfing and body boarding. Two of the best golf courses in Portugal in the vicinity - Aroeira I and Aroeira II.

Rental Rules:
1) No smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating That You will not smoke in Caparica Flat. You will lose your deposit if evidence is found of smoke once you check out.
2) Please be respectful of our neighbors. In parties. In loud noises after 22:00 at night.
3) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the rental rental or for any lost or stolen items.
4) Do not move the furniture.
5) Pets are not allowed
6) Check-out until 10:00 AM
7) Check-in after 04:00 PM
