EAA Rental - Charming Home
4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, cape cod home located in quiet neighborhood in Ripon available for rent for EAA. Enjoy the comforts of home away from home. Enjoy the back patio and yard when not at the airshow. One parking spot available in the garage or two in driveway. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, one bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Fourth bedroom can be supplied with a double air mattress upon request. Sheets will be supplied as well as towels. Two living rooms each equipped with a couch, large chairs and tv/Netflix. Dining room and separate eat-in kitchen with Keurig, toaster, microwave, dishes and utensils available for your use. Coffee and cappuccino pods will be supplied to our guests for your convenience.
5 night minimum stay/ four guests. Additional $50 per guest per night. 8 guest maximum. No pets. No smoking. Available July 20- July 28
