15 minutes walk from the city center and the beach and 5 minutes by car from the large beach of Nartelle, for rent: high villa. 90m2 including 1 entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1WC independent; 1 kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, loggia with washing machine + storage unit; 1 living / dining room in L with TV, Wifi, sofa BZ (night area closed by blackout curtains), covered terrace and large balcony, garden / parking. Calm. Animals are not allowed. 600 € to 650 € / week in July, 700 € / week in August, 600 € / week in September, declining in low season.
