Nice and cozy apartment located in a quiet urbanization on the beachfront overlooking the sea. With pool and green area. Located next to the Sol Riu natural park. Ideal for walks along the cliffs or bike rides. The apartment, for 4 people, has two bedrooms: one double with flat screen TV and air conditioning and another (bedroom type) with bunk beds. Kitchen_room with a sofa. Terrace overlooking the pool. It is rented with bed linen and towels. There are 2 sun loungers and umbrellas to take to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen: washer-dryer, micro, ceramic hob, fridge, nespresso, blender.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos. El apartamento es tal y como se describe. Muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. Con suficiente menaje de cocina. Tanto la comunicación con la encargada de atendermos, como con la dueña ha sido perfecta!!

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten alles in Allem einen schönen Urlaub. Der Kontakt, den Frau Garcia gestellt hat, war sehr freundlich. Es ist eine schöne abgelegene Ecke von Viñaros, mit kleinen Buchten am Strand. Die Strände dort sind keineswegs überlaufen. Es ist allerdings zu erwähnen, dass alle in der direkten Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbaren Strände nicht überwacht sind und auch nur aus Kieselsteinen bestehen. Das hat aber, bis auf das hineinlaufen ins Wasser bis Sand unter den Füßen war, nicht gestört. Wer einen Sandstrand erwartet, muss ca. 5-10 Minuten in die Innenstadt fahren. Dort sind überwachte Sandstrände. Das Parkhaus dort direkt am Stand ist übrigens sehr günstig. Zum Einkaufen sollte man dann allerdings auch einen Mietwagen besitzen. Denn die Anlage ist wirklich sehr abgelegen. Für ein Auto gibt es übrigens auch einen Stellplatz in der unterirdischen Garage. Je kleiner das Auto, desto besser kann man dort manövrieren :) Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut aufgeteilt. Die Anlage ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Unser Sohn hat immer schnell ein paar Spielkameraden finden können, auch wenn er ihre Sprache nicht sprach. Das war für unseren Geschmack übrigens ein weiterer Vorteil: Die Urlauber dort waren größtenteils spanischer Herkunft und nicht die typischen deutschen, englischen oder russischen Urlauber, bei denen man sich meist fremdschämen muss. Vereinzelt waren auch Franzosen dort, welche aber nicht weiter aufgefallen sind. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub. Muchas gracias Señora Garcia y Alina! :)

Excellent séjour!

L'appartement se trouve dans une petite résidence familiale, à l'extrémité nord de Vinaros, à deux pas d'une plage de petits galets très peu fréquentée. La résidence est clôturée et est très bien entretenue. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir et faire quelques longueurs, il y a aussi une pataugeoire pour les plus petits. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculés, la ville est très bien desservie par les bus. L'appartement est très bien équipé (machine nespresso, grille pain,machine à laver séchante,lave vaisselle, plaque à induction, nécessaire de nettoyage...). Tout est moderne,fonctionnel et cosy. Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes. On s'y sent très bien. La literie est confortable, bref à conseiller!
