Cabin on the River - May Special - Free Activity

This split level holiday home is perfect for families with plans to spend most of their time in the river or at the water park. Located behind the Cool River Tubing Water Park and within walking distance to downtown Helen! The light fills this home through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Chattahoochee River. Sit on the back deck and listen to the water flow by. Cook up a dinner on the gas grill, we provide the propane!

Cuddle up on the leather furniture and enjoy the flat screen television in the living room with free WiFi connection. The television is streaming where you can find free channels to watch or sign into your own accounts. (Just don't forget to sign out when you check-out!) The kitchen and living room are open to each other, leaving plenty of room for entertaining while cooking and making snacks during movie night! Turn up the gas logs for a cozy evening with the warmth and glow of a fire.

On the main floor is the Stars and Stripes Queen bedroom, decorated and representing all that is the american flag. This room has it's very own streaming television. The Stars and Stripes bath is just across the hall with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, retro vanity and full length mirror. This bedroom also has its very own streaming television, too. The master bath has a jetted garden tub, ready to soothe away your troubles.

Please note that there are 20+ steps from parking to the front door of Cabin on the River. Please know that pets are not allowed at Cabin on the River.

Great little vacation

Place was just as advertised. We loved it !! Neighborhood had an easy little side street that headed straight into town. We will stay again. Thanks!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent right off the Main Street of Helen. The cabin was right on the river , very clean, had all the amenities for cooking at the cabin, all the appliances were in working order, the beds were comfortable. Overall was a very nice place too stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Price was good. House was clean &secure. Located in town. Being on the river was a plus. Beds & pillows were hard. TVs we're small with a tiney sound which made it difficult to hear. House was quite cluttered with too many decorative items.

Right on the River!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was right on the river. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings and loved that we could put our chairs right in the water on hot afternoons. We walked right up the bank to the water park which was very convenient! The cabin itself could benefit from a good pressure wash and updated decor, but it was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet area that was still close to town. The staff at Georgia Mountain Rentals was friendly and helpful. We’d definitely rent from them again.
