SLEEPING: Sleeps 8. King in the Master bedroom, comfortable queen size bed with an additional queen bed wall pull-out in the downstairs office bedroom, and a twin bed with an additional full-size murphy closet bed in the third bedroom.

THE VIEW
The upstairs balcony offers unparalleled, elevated views of the ocean and pier from each of it's 3 balconies and throughout the condo. Seaclusion's crowning jewel is the fourth-story master bedroom suite, which is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning panoramic views of the ocean and pier, while still giving privacy from other condos. The giant balcony off the master suite was designed for entertainment with top of the line outdoor furniture including: a lounge bed, deck chairs, and a bar height table with 6 stools. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the view alongside breakfast, conversation, or a game of cards.

The balcony directly off the living room has a view down Breakwater Street out to the sandy beach and ocean waves. During the winter months, the sun sets directly in front of your balcony.

One of the downstairs bedrooms also has its own private balcony. Looking to the right on the balcony you will find a sandy beach and ocean, to the left will let you watch the Amtrak coaster train as it moves on past. The train is part of California coastal living, but we do provide earplugs for your convenience if it disturbs your rest and relaxation.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Upon entering the condo you'll find the kitchen with modern white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances with accents of color throughout. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The kitchen also includes a brand new AirFryer combo oven! The dining table is a one-of-a-kind raw wood table that seats 6 and matches the mantel in the living room. There are two additional spots to sit at the counter.

LIVING AREAS
As seen in the pictures, the condo has been tastefully decorated with fun colorful furnishings that bring life to the space and create energy and happiness for our guests. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. Above the fireplace is a large flatscreen TV with cable channels along with plenty of comfortable seating options to relax in.
The master bathroom has been completely reconfigured to offer a large walk-in shower with two built-in seats, custom tiled walls, and a beautiful vanity. This is also one of the only condos that has a door on the master bathroom for privacy.

SLEEPING
B301 is set up to sleep 8 guests. The master suite upstairs features a comfortable King-sized bed and a small day bed. The two bedrooms downstairs offer a variety of sleeping configurations to accommodate different group dynamics (multiple couples, family with children, family with grandparents, etc.) The office bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with an additional queen bed found in the wall pull-out that doubles as a desk. The bedroom also has its own private balcony. The third bedroom is the "fun room". The room has a twin bed with an additional full-size murphy bed in the closet. While you don't need to be a kid to enjoy the space offered, we find that the room is a big hit with our younger guests because it allows kids/teens a place to unwind after a fun day at the beach, which leaves the living room or balcony space open for the adults. You'll also find additional flatscreen smart TVs in the bedrooms that also include upgraded cable boxes with FREE extended channels such as HBO, Starz, Showtime, and more all included by the owner so that his guests can enjoy the extended channels same as in the living room in case the viewing needs vary within your vacation party.

-The owner of B301 has gone above and beyond to provide you with additional supplies for fun throughout the complex. These are typically not provided and need to be rented from security. They include:: BBQ utensils, billiard balls/cues, and ping-pong paddles with balls.
-B301 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (6), beach towels (8), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (6).

LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES
North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.

Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor. Each offers a unique slice of coastal living, from fine dining and boutique shopping to exciting activities like jet skiing, kayaking, and whale-watching boat excursions. Leave your car securely parked in our underground garage and enjoy the ease of walking to these local attractions.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
