Luxury bedding and towels are provided for every room.

A drop down movie screen with fully integrated surround sound makes sure that even if the weather doesn't cooperate you still have an amazing time.

The kitchen is fully equipped for even the most seasoned chefs.

The huge walk-in shower is something you have to see to believe.

Trips down the hill to the water are not advised​ at this time. Beach access is 1/2 block down the street.

The Perch was a Haven

We loved the Perch! Beautiful and clean, this luxurious experience will refresh you completely! We enjoyed especially the ocean sounds to sleep by and the beautiful ocean views. We literally just hung out for three days and stared! What a terrific experience! We highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous views, immaculate and cozy hideaway

We had such a relaxing, fabulous stay at the Perch. The first night we arrived, we were treated to an awe-inspiring sunset, thanks to the gorgeous west-facing ocean views. We loved the quiet location and views throughout our stay. Aside from the views and great walks on the beach, we also appreciated the immaculate condition of this beautiful space. The light, bright feel, furnishings, and airy coastal-meets-modern (with a bit of mid-century touches) style made the Perch a perfect getaway. The kitchen is well-appointed for avid cooks, and the spa shower was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved our time here ❤️ 😊

Amazing Stay

The house is beautiful and spacious. The deck is wonderful and the wall of doors that open up to the deck creates a great indoor/outdoor space.

Beautiful getaway location

This place is stunning and the attention to detail is noticed in the renovations that they did to make this place top notch. The bed was very comfortable, couch and blankets were cozy, the view was spectacular and the shower was like being at a spa! It is minutes to the beach and grocery store. We were there only a short stay, but it was what we needed for some RnR. I would love to visit again in the summer, when we could enjoy the patio more and open those big gorgeous doors to bring the two spaces together. I would highly recommend this place!

Thanks so much, I know the stay had some complications due to the pandemic (and crossing the border) and then to top it off - a power outage! Thank you for being gracious even though we were not fully prepared for the power outage. We will use this to prepare better for next time!

BEAUTIFUL PEACEFUL GETAWAY

What a wonderful getaway! Beautiful, beautiful view, extremely clean home, beautiful kitchen, great spacious shower, big clean comfortable beds, high quality linens, soaps, etc. The design of this home (pictures speak for themselves), cleanliness and ocean view made this an especially good place to go to decompress from work. A wonderful experience!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. While small in size, it is impeccably designed and has everything you need. It was a true joy to experience the results of staying in a very thoughtfully planned out home. Marie was very kind and accessible and there were so many extras here that our we and kids enjoyed - the customized tumblers, the abundance of towels, premium bedding, and the cozy blankets that were perfect for enjoying coffee outside every morning on the deck. And all of this is just bonus to the incredible view. More than just a stay, we had a wonderful experience ☺️❤️
