Excellent stay!

We stayed in this nice house for a week in june. The house was nice, intended for outdoor living, which was perfect for us. The weather was very hot, so the private outdoor pool was a GREAT advantage! Grazia was a wonderful host, very helpful and a great source of informations, also arranging nice events for us. The pool was cleaned every day by Grazia's father, who lived next door, also a nice and sympathic person. Our best recommandations of this house, and we will love to come back again! Carsten

Nur der Pool war ein Lichtblick

Wir haben uns sehr auf 14 Tage Urlaub gefreut. Die Gastgeberin hatte das Objekt erst kurz vor unserer Buchung bei Fewo inseriert. Und schon gab es erste Probleme. Weder die Zusatzkosten für die Klimaanlage noch für die Wäsche waren im damaligen Inserat ausgeschrieben. Auch die fällige Kurtaxe wurde nicht erwähnt. Wir bezahlten dennoch alle Zusatzkosten vor Ort. Die Anreise gestaltete sich schwierig, da dem Objekt keinen genauen Standort im Inserat hinterlegt wurde. Der Vater der Gastgeberin holte uns dann ab und lotste uns zum Ferienhaus. Dort wurden wir von den Eltern der Gastgeberin herzlich begrüßt. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DIE EIGENTLICHE GASTGEBERIN HATTEN WIR NIE ZU GESICHT BEKOMMEN. Die Eltern haben uns eingewiesen. Ganz wichtig. KEIN PAPIER INS WC. WAS WIR AUCH NICHT GETAN HABEN, DENNOCH SOLLEN WIR SCHADENERSATZ WEGEN VERSTOPFUNG ZAHLEN. Im Inserat steht, dass die Eltern in der Nähe wohnen. Naja, sie wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Getrennt durch eine einfache Stellwand und Bäume. Es war nicht die Privatsphäre, die wir erhofften und uns zugesichert wurde Ein Beispiel: Meine Frau wollte morgens in den Pool (Bademützenpflicht) und in der Lounge (GEHÖRT NICHT DEN URLAUBERN) saß ein fremder Mann. Der Pool ist der Lichtblick der Unterkunft. Er ist sehr groß und wird vom Vater der Gastgeberin sauber gehalten. 5 Sterne Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und man findet immer ein schönes Plätzchen (außer an der Stirnseite des Pools). Gestört hat nur die Mülltonne. Während unseres Aufenthalts sollten wir den gesamten Müll dort reinwerfen. Also keine Mülltrennung. Das hat sich nach unserer Abreise aber wohl geändert. Das Haus (wenn man es so nennen möchte) hat ein Zimmer mit vier BETTEN. Einen kleinen Kleiderschrank, an dem aber die rechte Tür abgeschlossen war. Die Beistellbetten sind eine Zumutung und nicht bequem. TV mit Richtantenne ist vorhanden. Sowie ein schlechtes WLAN Netz. Die Klimaanlage ist super und zwingend notwendig. Das Bad ist in Ordnung. Lediglich MUSSTE ich die Dusche und die Wasserhähne reparieren. Die Küche ist mit einfachsten und zum Teil alten Geschirr ausgestattet. Müssten uns erstmal Müslischüsseln kaufen, sowie einen Stopfen für das Spülbecken. Die Waschmaschine ist beim ersten Schleudergang in der Gegend herumgehoppelt, und fast wãre die Mikrowelle herunter gefallen. Also haben wir die Waschmaschine erstmal ordentlich ausgerichtet. Sämtliche Türen funktionieren nicht richtig.
