About this property

Wooden chalet, facing south, facing the ski slopes

Praz on Arly,
Rent by the week superb brand new wood chalet, never lived, of 150m2
On the ground floor: spacious entrance with several storage spaces with access to the garage (2 cars).

Upstairs, fully equipped kitchen open to spacious and comfortable living room and dining room. Access to the sheltered terrace of the chalet by large windows, bright. Southern exposure, breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, Aiguille du Midi and Praz Sur Arly ski area. A bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (shower + toilet) also occupies the 1st floor. + petanque and parking in the summer.

In the second, you will find 3 beautiful rooms with old and chic style, including a master suite with its own bathroom (shower + sink).

The whole chalet is dressed with wood and carefully chosen materials in order to give it a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is available for 10 people.

Très agréable dans un cadre formidable

Très beau chalet bien agencé. Fait avec goût. Spacieux avec très belle vue. À la fois tranquille à flanc de montagne et à deux pas du centre de Praz. 4 chambres et trois salles de bains. Nous étions 9 et très à l’aise. L’ete Doit être magnifique aussi. Propriétaire sympathique. Vous y passerez de belles vacances. Pour nous, expérience à renouveler. 👍🏼👍🏼
