The Villa Lauréal is located on the heights of Grand-Bourg and offers a very nice view 180 • over all of Guadeloupe and Saintes.
Calm, simplicity and natural ventilation characterize this villa. In the middle of the day, if you open all the doors and windows, you will feel the trade winds on you!
The main villa offers:
=> 4 bedrooms
* 1 parental suite
* 1 double room
* 1 twin room that can be converted into a double room
* 1 bedroom with bunk beds
=> a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine,
=> 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a washing machine
=> a beautiful terrace with swimming pool (4x3m)
=> a large garden
The villa also has an outbuilding that consists of:
=> a double room
=> of a living room
=> a shower room
=> a sea view terrace
All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with queen size beds and mosquito nets. Cot on request.
