It is located in a great stopping off point between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks and is on the Lewis and Clark Trail. Great Falls is home to Western Art Week in March and the Charlie Russel Art Gallery and studio museum, Montana State Fair, the end of July, horse racing, fishing, hunting, both downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. There is Voyager baseball (minor league team) to enjoy as well as many microbreweries and great dining choices.

There are two large open-beamed living areas. The upstairs "game room" includes a wet bar and 55” Smart TV. The lower level formal living room opens to the dining room with a large dining table that easily accommodates 8 or more. There is a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, flat-top cooktop stove, and dishwasher, and large side by side fridge. Two large bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed. The main full bath is decorated in a fun vintage style and there is a second shower and toilet in the laundry area. The beautiful large yard has many mature shade trees and you may be lucky enough to see deer that frequent from time to time.
