LUX CASA HISTRIA I - with heated swimming pool & jacuzzi

This nice and pleasant new stone house combines of three big bedrooms and three bathrooms, a comfortable living room (sofa can be used as an extra bed for two persons), kitchen sharing dining room, wine room, gym, and sauna.
You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of pine, oak and olive trees in a huge garden or swim in a big heated swimming pool or jacuzzi. In the garden, there is a typical Istrian kitchen which can be used for cooking and making barbecue.

This fenced villa is exclusive for the guests, as well as a barbecue area and swimming pool. Closed parking is available in front of the house.

**If needed, a cheap from local transfer can be organized.**

Accueil chaleureux. Magnifique maison et bon emplacement car konoba à 2km et supermarché à moins de 10minutes. Le silence absolu, le soleil, la piscine et le jacuzzi, c’est parfait pour se reposer comme il faut.
