Nice apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a building with direct view on the port of Pouliguen.

You will be a few minutes walk from the center and the beaches (Pouliguen or Baule), the market (daily in summer) and the many restaurants and shops along the port.

The apartment is bright and functional, ideal for a pleasant holiday with family or friends.

It consists :

- a living / dining room opening onto a terrace with views of the harbor.
There is a sofa bed (sofa bed) in the living room.

- 2 bedrooms overlooking a small quiet street at the back of the building: a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed and cot.

un appartement au calme et proche de tout

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L'appartement est bien situé avec à proximité, le port, le centre ville, la plage du Nau, ainsi que le parking du port, gratuit et stationnement illimité en dehors de juillet/août.

BEL APPARTEMENT TRES BIEN SITUE

Promenades sur le port et les environs avec notre petits fils de 3 ans lui faisant connaitre la joie de courir sur la plage. nous demeurons à Nantes et prenons toujours du plaisir en revenant sur le Pouliguen.

Un agréable appartement

L'appartement est assez idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre et de la plage (bon nous on y est allé en hiver), tout est faisable à pied. Il est lumineux et la vue sur le port s'apprécie dès les premiers rayons du soleil. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable en période estivale. Impeccable..

Vue splendide

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville avec une très jolie vue sur le port. Calme, clair, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Le petit plus : l’accès au garage, nous avons pu y stationner notre voiture et l’oublier durant tout notre séjour.

Une solution correcte pour un court séjour hors saison

Nous voulions un simple pied-à-terre pour ces quelques jours entre 2021 et 2022. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème de stationnement en cette période, mais il est facile d'imaginer qu'en pleine saison c'est nettement plus compliqué. Séjour donc satisfaisant si on oublie un ameublement un peu désuet et l'attente qui nous a été imposée à notre arrivée pour avoir les clés.

Appart sympa et très bien placé

L'appartement est très bien situé près de la gare, de l'Office du tourisme et de la jetée animée le soir. Accueil au top! L'annonce pourrait détailler un peu plus le lieu: La cuisine est très petite mais suffisante pour des vacances, il est très lumineux, la vue sur le port est chouette, il est bien équipé et les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses. On a bien apprécié les fonds de placard, les livres et jouets laissés à disposition dans le salon. Merci! Concernant les lits j'ai demandé une semaine à l'avance s'il fallait des draps. Sans réponse et sans savoir de quelle taille étaient les lits, j'ai pris des duvets. Heureusement !! Une chose a améliorer? La cuisine, qui bien que fonctionnelle, est bien vétuste.

Un super séjour au pouliguen

L'appartement est très bien situé. A proximité des commerces, des loisirs pour les enfants (Manèges, vendeurs de glaces et gauffres) et la plage au bout de la promenade. L'appartement est fonctionnel et lumineux et la gérante est très agréable et bienveillante. On reviendra.

Un appartement fonctionnel, bien aménagé et très lumineux, bien placé pour la vue sur le port, la proximité du centre, de la plage, du GR34, de la côte sauvage et des marais à vélo. Nous avons apprécié ce temps de respiration, hors saison, près du bord de mer, de la nature, sans voiture, loin du quotidien parisien et du stress de la crise sanitaire... J ai passé 1 semaine formidable en juillet, avec ma petite fille de 4 ans.

Appartement conforme à l annonce. Appartement très lumineux,propre et spacieux. Cuisine très petite mais fort bien équipée et de qualité. Literie confortable. Conciergerie très agréable et ponctuelle. Le top: un garage privé et fermé à clé dans cette petite résidence tranquille, alors que le stationnement est payant au-delà de deux heures. Rue passante mais moins fournie que les entrées et sorties constantes des jets skis. Les trajets vers la plage sont agréables via la passerelle du port, mais un peu long 4 fois/jour pour un petit. Bel endroit à deux pas du marché. Je recommande !
