Long week-end de l’ascension

Parfait endroit avec de jeunes enfants. Plage au bout de la rue et port du pouliguen à côté. Plus besoin de prendre la voiture… et en plus nous avons eu du beau temps…. Bref, une adresse que je conserverai pour de long week-end…

Cher pour la prestation offerte

Place de parking occupée à notre arrivée, le linge n'est pas fourni, l'accueil à l'arrivée est rapide et la personne en charge des clefs ne connait absolument pas la location, le wifi mentionné dans l'annonce mais qui n'est pas encore installé dans l'immeuble, une déco plus que spartiate où tout semble compter à l'unité pour ne pas trop en offrir, une forte odeur d'humidité dans la chambre d'enfants, et un forfait ménage injustifié quand on totalise les recommandations de la propriétaire avant de quitter les lieux (fermer les volets, éteindre les radiateurs, vider les poubelles, arrêter le ballon d'eau chaude, mettre la clef à tel endroit, etc). L'appartement est néanmoins agréable au calme mais loin du centre ville (25min de marche avec enfants).

Chère madame, j'ai lu avec attention votre appréciation suite à votre séjour dans notre appartement. Je ressens un sentiment d'amertume exprimé dans vos mots qui révèle une certaine rancune suite à vos exigences auxquelles nous n'avons pas voulu répondre car elles n'étaient pas contractuelles... Nous avons toujours fait de notre mieux pour accueillir nos locataires avec bienveillance et partage contrairement à votre attitude ! Je ne vais pas m'étendre plus longtemps sur votre façon de faire, mais je n'ai qu'une recommandation à vous signifier, c'est qu'il vaudrait mieux pour vous dorénavant madame ne plus louer par ces plate-formes qui semblent ne pas vous convenir mais d'aller à l'hôtel...

Bel appartement très bien situé

Agréable séjour dans appartement fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. A 5 minutes à pieds du port du pouliguen et à 10minutes à pieds de la plage Benoît. Environnement arboré et calme. Je recommande.

Un excellent séjour baulois !

L'appartement est extrêmement agréable, au calme dans la verdure et très bien situé, à proximité de tous les commerces du Pouliguen. La plage Benoît est au bout de la rue. Disposant d'une propreté parfaite et d'un agencement très fonctionnel, je recommande cette location, dans laquelle je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Terrasse de rêve .

Un accueil très agréable, l'appartement est comme sur les photos, tout beau tout neuf. La terrasse est grande avec vue sur les arbres, les oiseaux et les écureuils. Nous avons très bien dormi, endroit calme. La cuisine est pratique et c'est appréciable d'y trouver sel ,poivre ,vinaigre ,film etirable , liquide vaisselle....
