Come and relax in our spacious 1200 sq ft 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo, on the 2nd floor right off the elevator.
Enjoy the Gulf view from the front door or the roof deck located on the 5th floor. It's just a short walk across the street to put your toes in the beautiful white sandy beaches and swim in the calm Gulf waters.
Entering the apt, walk into the kitchen with a window view to the Gulf, completely equipped with beautiful Damask plates, pots, pans, Chicago Cutlery knives, flatware, service ware, and food storage containers. Foils, clear wrap, coffees, teas, a full selection of spices to help you feel at home away from home.
You will have access to the washer and dryer right off the kitchen.
Also off the kitchen is the second bedroom which has a Queen bed. Enjoy your own TV or Gulf views out the window! Right outside the bedroom door there is a full bath keeping the two bedrooms in total privacy.
On the other side of the kitchen, sit at the bar seats at the counter in close proximity to the inset bar. There is glassware, stirrers, and shakers for mix the perfect cocktail (provide your own alcohol)
Dine in comfort at the grand dining table with 4 oversize chairs. (two additional folding chairs in the closet)
The living room has comfortable pit style seating with an over sized ottoman that has plenty of room for everybody to but their (clean) feet up and enjoy the bay breeze or watch the enormous 58" TV.
Enter the master suite off the living room with a Tempurpedic king bed, nooks for bedtime reading , a computer desk work space, separate dressing area, and private full bathroom with a large stall shower. Walk out to the lanai from the master sliding glass doors or pull back the black out curtains to watch the sun rise over the mangroves! It's so lovely.
Our serene screened in lanai is right on the bay where you can also watch the sunrise, spot dolphin swimming by, observe the terns, cranes and pelicans across the water in the mangroves. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner on the lanai, or just watch it all go by on the glider.
In the back yard there is a lovely outdoor pool with his/hers outdoor showers and bathrooms. The pool situated to the right edge of the building. we are not directly over the pool ensuring a little more quiet although i have yet to see anyone else out there.
You'll have access to our ground floor storage unit with all of your beach needs including the beach wagon to carry chairs, umbrellas, noddles, boogie boards, and children toys. which makes life much easier and there is an outdoor hose by the pool to help rinse it off each day. Beach towels are provided in the linen closets.
We are located about 1 mile from Doc's beach bar that also serves breakfast. We like to walk that on the beach while spotting dolphins, watching the pelicans fly overhead in formation and check out all the spectacular beachfront houses!! Its also fun to walk down there where people can grab a drink and sit on the beach for sunset, but we mostly pack up our own party and walk across the street every night till the sun goes down.
Our favorite spots are THE BAY HOUSE for great dining and music nightly. Some people (me) even get their dance on on the small dace floor. Coconut Jacks is always a winner for casual delicious lunch and dinner food, good drinks and a wonderful staff with great outdoor seating too. You have to valet your car but its so packed you'll be happy you don't have to deal with parking.
Sneaky Pete's on Bonita Beach road is a honky tonk style bar with live bands on the weekends.
Tiki Bar is cute and adjacent to a safari putt putt!!! Totally hysterical and fun!
People love Level C Bar but we have not been.
If your cooking at home you must get the crab cakes at Doug's Seafood and grab a lobster roll while you're waiting!! amazing!
Check out The Wine Loft for great wine and tapas or even closer is Cooper's Hawk!
Enzo's is the spot for casual rustic fare and great pizza..

Why they chose this property
We have stayed in Bonita a few time while visiting my mother that lives in Naples and we fell in love with Bonita Beach and all the lovely people we met. For us, there is no other place in Florida we'd want to be! Michael wanted to be on the bay because we have a little boat, but i wanted to see the ocean vastness. After searching all day with a realtor, we drove by Beechwood on the Bay on our way to dinner, and there was a small yellow open house sign out front wit a distinguished gentleman standing at our front door just looking at the Gulf.... and that was it for us. Our apt (and the ones directly above us) are the only bay side living with Gulf views!!! The only ones along that entire strip at any cost, unless you want to be in a high rise, and we didn't. Why be in Florida if i can't see the beach? The interesting thing we learned was that there are so many turtles that nest on the beach (April-Oct), all those beach front properties cannot turn their lights on in the evenings because it disorients the babies and they lose their way to the water, so its protected. We even had a turtle nest named after us!
