Great place for a family reunion. Plenty of space to spread out, beds were comfy, kitchen and eating areas were great. Easy to communicate with the owners and they accommodated our requests.

This was a fantastic property for our family getaway (eight adults and seven small children) . It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for all of us, offering a great balance of communal areas and quiet spaces to relax.The quality of the furnishings and appliances was excellent, including the washer, dryer, dishwasher, and well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, with an abundance of towels, cleaning supplies, and reliable hot water throughout our stay.The pool was kept spotlessly clean, which was especially appreciated after some disappointing experiences we've had elsewhere. The shaded, grassy backyard was perfect for our grandsons to kick a soccer ball around, and the TV setup made it a great place to watch the World Cup together.Although the property felt private and secluded, it was conveniently located close to shops and local attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Clean house, neat, well maintained. Pool is wonderful: maintained and clean. Kitchen has everyhting you need. Parking is ample. Host is qquickly responsive to questions or concerns. About the only complaint I have is: there is a floor decoration under a table in front of the fireplace that is loose and slippery and is an accident waiting to happen. Also, the couches at the fireplace are much too deep and difficult to get out of. Even the young people in our group struggled out of them.These are only two minor concerns, and if they were not changed, I would still consider renting this house again. We had a great time!Tony

This house is great!! We used it for business purposes for end of year planning it worked out great for 5 people with the bedrooms/bathrooms along with the big kitchen & dining room and the large outdoor areas. We'll definitely be back this summer!!

This was such a lovely place to stay. Tons of room, well stocked, and just gorgeous. It feels very secluded and like you are in your own world when you are in the house or backyard but then it is 5 minutes from tons of shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect girls weekend.

Overall great stay. The house is nicely decorated and has a nice flow. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently but it was still usable after we removed the leaves and debris with the tools provided. The property manager was responsive and accessible which was nice

Fantastic Gathering Place

The home was wonderful for a big group of friends. It is spacious, well appointed, great character of space. Julie and Mark were easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We highly recommend this home.

Georgia Golf Trip

Amazing experience

This was an absolutely unbelievable property, even better than the pictures suggest! We had a large group and this house was perfect. Hosts were super responsive and made our experience so seamless! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Golf Trip

This was a perfect house for our 16 person golf trip. The outdoor patio was great to hang out and watch TV. If we come back to the area next year for our trip, we will definitely be staying at this house again.

Weekend Retreat

Overall our group really enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Tea house. The location is wonderful and conveniently located near downtown Gainesville and a variety of retail stores. The house accommodated everyone nicely however, the bedding, patio cushions, and first floor couches could use some refreshing.

Great pool house

We enjoyed the pool, outdoor kitchen, large indoor kitchen and huge dining table for card games. Great accomodations for multiple families. Having an extra refrigerator for drinks and a stand alone ice maker really helped.

Fantastic Homestead

We loved our time at Sweet Tea Estate! The property was perfect for our needs and comfortably housed all 16 of us. It was incredibly convenient to food, shopping and downtown Gainesville. We wished we could stay longer! Thank you for helping us create lasting memories!

Find serenity in your backyard

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was spacious and the backyard was wonderful. Ample space for a large group. The backyard is full of amenities along with being private and peaceful at the same time.
