Indoor Pool & Short Drive to Green Lake

Large 8000 square foot home with indoor pool and hot tub, minutes away from Green Lake. 5 bedrooms, sleeps 15+. Two full kitchens. 3.5 baths. Beautiful private park like backyard surrounded by trees and flower gardens. Each level has private balcony on a full acre. Bikes available, gas grill and outdoor dining area. We provide everything, beach towels, sunblock and pool with hammocks, beach chairs and even a baby pool.

Rent for the weekend with friends or family or use it for the weekend for corporate events, whatever the occasion we are here to assist and make your stay perfect. We are happy to accommodate special requests, just ask! Is it a special occasion? Do you want flowers placed around the home? Do you want snacks put out upon arrival for your guests? We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We are a 15 minute drive to the EAA grounds, 1.5 hours from Milwaukee, 45 minutes from the Appleton International Airport. 1.5 hours to Lambeau Field. There are many lakes to enjoy a summer day within 5 miles, downtown restaurants, wineries, breweries and boutique shopping are a bonus.

Reunion in Rippon

Loved this property and the town. We had so much fun in the amazing house & spacious indoor pool! Easy check in and out. They left indoor/outdoor games for our family to play. Plenty to do in town, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, and very close to Green Lake . Enjoyed our stay and plan on returning! Our family thanks you for an amazing weekend ..

Wonderful and splashing good time

Great home with lots to do for all ages. Well appointed kitchen, pool with pool toys, movie room!!! Only thing that wasn't very clear..ultie levels, step down into living room and to family room. Not elderly/walker friendly. I would definitely rent again but not bring my elders.

Ripon House for group

Overall the house was very spacious. Lots of stairs and spread out. Sleeping arrangements are odd with lots of couples. Very different than other VBROs as it was well lived in, lots of kitchen stuff, but there was no corkscrew and glasses etc were distributed.

Giving a five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while. From start to finish.

This home was perfect for our 3 families. We all had beds (with extra comfortable mattress and the comfiest pillows) good bath facilities, lots of space to share time, a beautiful warmed indoor pool, an amazing home theater, a huge hot tube, and last but not least a lot of games for kids and adults. This home is deceivingly spacious with the up and downstairs living areas. The home is exceptionally well equipped with kitchen and eating dishes and utensils. Also, the property is very well maintained, clean and up-to-date. Honestly, we had a wonderful time and exceeded all our expectations! Jennifer, the property manager, did Everything and beyond to ensure our satisfaction was thought of. She even give us a complementary late check out without hesitation. She was so attentive and kind during all the time we been there. If you're looking for a luxury vacation home this is the one.

We all enjoyed our stay - we spent most of the time in the pool and in the movie theater. The kids loved listening to music while we swam and playing music on the keyboard. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and Christmas decorations were darling.

Father-Son Golf Weekend

Group of 16. House provided space and amenities that made it perfect for our outing. The outside grill and patio provided an excellent way for the fathers and sons to bond and enjoy each others’ company.

One of the best VRBO stays I’ve ever had!!

Jennifer’s beautiful family home in Green Lake, WI was a fantastic experience. She had perfect communication and response time with questions leading up to the trip, to the few questions we had during the trip. When we arrived at the home, everyone in our group started smiling as the house is enormous, with so much to offer. Beautiful outdoor patio, huge amount of space outside, and of course the pool and hot tub! For more active or younger groups, the house so much to offer. For older groups, enjoy plenty of space with a secluded, quiet outdoor balcony and patio. Couldn’t be happier with our experience and 10/10 will be back!! Thank you Jennifer!

Unbelievable house and great hosts

We stayed at one of the coolest houses I have seen anywhere. Everything was ready for us and the hosts communicated all the directions of what we needed to do well beforehand. The community welcomed us as if we moved in.

Great Guys Weekend in Amazing Home

Stayed in this home for a weekend with group of 10 guys - to be honest the listing even undersold the house on how amazing it actually is. Every guy in the group said that this had to be the coolest / largest home they had ever been in. From the full movie theatre room, to the huge back deck perfect for outdoor evenings, this house has everything. We could not recommend a stay here more. The hosts are incredibly easy to work with, generous with accommodations and very pleasant - could not have made for a smoother experience. Thanks for making our weekend so great.

The house was big! Lots is stairs! The pool,deck, and hot tub was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were cute and supplied with everything you need. Two odd things about the home: The front door did not lock. 2 out of the three sliding doors from the pool to outdoor deck did not open.

A vacation close to home

This was our first indoor gathering as an extended family since Covid and it did not disappoint. Jennifer and Kevin were very generous and gracious hosts and very flexible on check-in and check-out. The house is sprawling with several living and cooking spaces to spread out in. The pool was the biggest attraction and it had all the amenities- volleyball net, basketball hoop, slide, rafts, chairs and doors to the outside if weather permits. The theatre room was a bonus and a big hit among the kids. There are several sets of bunk beds and a paw patrol toddler bed which made for fun slumber parties. The property itself sits on a corner with a wooded area and large park behind the house. Looking out the back windows you feel like you are in a secluded forest preserve. We saw several turkey vultures and a large woodpecker from the back deck. The back deck gets great afternoon sun and affords lots a outdoor dining. We ventured to Green Lake for a day, but found the South Woods Park Association to be perfect for hikes with our kids (ages 2-10). Its only a 3 minute drive away. It was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend staying there!

We rented it for just 1 night for our 13 year old and a few of her swim teammates. Great house with a nice pool and property. Seemed like a hundred bedrooms and did not sleep in any of them....they all slept in the theatre room. Property was dirty dish washer was disgusting , garbage disposal was not working and Sikh would not drain, cake and pizza left from previous guests in refgerator, crumbs in one of the beds, freezer was full of food in main house so could not use, freezer in garage was extremely dirty, a lot of the chairs were broken or wobbly, coffegroubds were left in coffee maker, dirty dishes left in sink in downstairs kitchen., front door did not lock so had to leave it open all night. The pool and theater room saved our weekend. House needs a lot of tender loving care and attention. Worst VRBO we have had .

Bachelorette weekend

The house is beautiful and we had a blast. Everything was there for us as far as essential items went and then some! I loved the pool room! Our only complaint is the bees. There were so many swarming around that we couldn’t enjoy the outside and had to kill quite a few in the house due to screen doors having holes in them(once we realized the holes we kept all doors shut which was a shame because it was a beautiful day out). Otherwise it was a great night and we all enjoyed ourselves!

Great for the whole family - even if the weather doesn't cooperate

We stayed here in early September with an extended family group from age 6 to 87 plus 2 dogs and everyone had a great time. The weather was beautiful for the first few days and we enjoyed grilling for dinner and relaxing on the comfortable deck, from which the indoor pool is easily accessible. It rained the rest of the week but there's plenty to do inside, including the pool and the home theater. I would recommend this property for family groups and would stay again.
