#FLH - Coconut - Pool Apartment I

Coconut Pool Apartment is located just outside the village of Kriopigi, right next to Vanilla Pool Apartment. Coconut Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and pool, and offers a perfect cool atmosphere even during hot summer days, as it is mostly made of stone.

Vanilla and Coconut apartments can either be booked separately or together, so they are perfect for friends spending holidays together.

About the House

Coconut Apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-level building, and right in front of the shared pool.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people: master bedroom has a double bed, and bedroom II has two single beds.

The living room is elegantly decorated, with A/C unit as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, even dishwasher.

There are also 2 full bathrooms in the apartment, one with bathtub and one with shower cabin.

At the edge of the hill there is an external elevator taking guests to the bottom, where a great sandy beach is located. Within walking distance guests can find organized parts, from beach bars and hotels.

Useful Information

Within the boundaries of the complex children are more than welcome to run around and play on their own. We only recommend parents to keep an eye on younger ones next to the pool.

Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is most probably out of order in the early spring season.

The front and back garden are full of grass and trees, especially lemon trees, giving off a perfect smell. There is also a built-in BBQ for our guests to use!

The apartment has shared use of a swimming pool, placed just 5 m. from its doorstep. There is a large garden with lawn, a private shaded patio, as well as shaded private parking space inside the complex.

In the garden, you can swim in the beautiful pool under the palm trees or take a walk around.

Coconut apartment is ideal for families with young children who will definitely enjoy the pool throughout the day!

About the Neighborhood

Kriopigi is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Coconut apartment is more remotely located, 800m from the village of Kriopigi, but because of the elevated position of the village over the hill, a car would be needed during your stay.

We kindly ask you to

respect the non-smoking policy.
take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
