Perfect place for 2 people. Close walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Publix grocery store was about a mile away. We really enjoyed our atay

Nice and clean had everything we needed but a coffee pod brewer. Has an “old-fashioned” brewer so I had to go get some ground coffee. Near to beach food and seaside. Nice easy trip with my daughter.

Absolutely Perfect

I enjoyed everything about this carriage house! It is very close to the beach (an easy short walk). The house was pristine and beautiful! I will definitely be back!Thank you!

Fabulous end of summer stay

This place was just what the doctor ordered! We needed a week away to recharge before the beginning of a new school year for our son, and this place was a great home away from home. The owner (Lea) was extremely responsive to all our our questions and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We hope to return again soon.

Location location location!

Place was so clean! Beach was within 5 min walk! Perfect spot for small family of 4 or 3 adults. I came with my 17 yr old daughter and it was perfect! So quiet at night too! Within walking distance to many places. Will for sure come back!

Great place

The unit looks just like the pictures. Convenient location, responsive owner. The internet is slow if you are “working” on your vacation. They also have a 2 bedroom unit. We were please with our experience.

Convenient Modern Property

Convenient location with parking. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable bed. Nice to have access to bikes and beach chairs. If planning to use the Wi-Fi, be aware it is not reliable and is weak, especially in the evening. Lea indicated she pays extra to boost the Wi-Fi and that it doesn’t work well when the town is full with visitors.

Fall break escape

This is the cutest place! Such great decor, quiet and clean. Easy parking. Super close to the beach and easy walk to shops & restaurants in Seaside/Seagrove. Anything you need, they have it! I will definitely be back soon to stay here. My teenage son and I stayed here. The sleeper sofa was super comfy! Thank you

Adorable Rental!

We made a last minute booking and we were so glad we found this charming flat! Such a great location which was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our private entrance unit was perfect for two people, lovely with great detail and finishes. We loved using the bikes everyday to explore Seaside. Lea and her family were a joy to meet, she was wonderful and accommodating. We definitely will return again!

Awesome place to stay!

The unit we were in was very clean and is perfect for two people. It was a pretty easy walk to the beach and some great dining. Property managers were easy to get ahold of and very nice!

Beautiful modern spotless apartment

Easy to book & communicate with owner. Description of apartment was accurate in a quiet housing community with easy path to beach. Very modern & very clean! We would return and recommend to our family & friends.

Great Quiet Spot

The carriage house was perfect for our family of 4. In a very quiet area and only a short walk to the beach and a fun bike ride to seaside. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a fun care free fall break! The owners were super nice and very helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
